Polyurethane The ultimate healthcare seating finish We know that skinned polyurethane is the best padded seat surface for use in laboratories and high infection areas. Fully skinned stools have been the standard seat for scientists, in clean-room facilities but they have never been soft enough to use for long term seating in hospitals (and unfortunately they have always been BLACK). Sebel has mastered Polyurethane, producing a new, super soft range for patient seating and staff seating and a super durable range for high punishment areas like emergency waiting rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Sebel skinned polyurethane is a different material to gas infused medical polyurethane that is used in patient implants, which is designed to dissolve or integrate with the body over time!
