REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS Introducing the Osmopure Range of professional, compact reverse osmosis systems from Filtrex. All Osmopure filter systems are designed to ‘plug-in’ and produce purified water however installation, commissioning and service can be provided by Filtrex to ensure peace of mind and correct operation and optimization of the system. We have an extensive range of membranes and systems to deliver extraordinarily high rejection rates (99%) to safeguard applications requiring exacting levels of purified water. Spiral wound technology separates the dissolved impurities form water through the use of pressure and a semi-permeable membrane. This process has revolutionized a wealth of industries including: microelectronics, food and beverage, medical and pharmaceutical. Please call our sales team to discuss your individual requirements.

OP-F Modular RO Filter

OP-M

Custom design modular reverse osmosis system for light-commercial application.

Complete on-demand RO water system.

Cleverly designed framework connects the ‘Membrane and Filter Modules’ by simply ‘clicking’ them into place. With further modules effortlessly affixed, sither side-by-side or stacked, until the application’s water requirements are met.  Maximum operating temperature: 32°C (90°F)  6.2 bar (90 psi)  Average Rejection Rate - 94%

The Merlin system incorporates two high-flow membrane elements in series to produce an average of 1.9 lpm of purified water. With the concentrate from one element being channelled through the second, the waste water is reduced by approximately 75% compared to conventional systems.  Maximum operating temperature: 37.7°C (100°F)  5.5 bar (80 psi)  Average Rejection Rate - 93%  Mains fed pump not usually required
