Return to the table – The Italian Way Function Booking Menus Our team here at Ritorno, share in the belief that my Nonna instilled in me. Preparing and serving food for someone is a privilege and a responsibility. That’s why our recipes follow the Italian tradition of using the freshest ingredients available, with everything made from scratch. Ritorno in Italian means, “to return” and we want this to be a restaurant where you feel at home and are fed delicious and healthy food, so that you too, will want to return.

The Nonna Wall The Nonna wall is a small way to honour the women in our lives, our mothers and grandmothers, who fed us and nurtured us, putting their own wants and needs aside. My Nonna Maria would be thrilled to know that her picture hangs on the Nonna wall with so many remarkable women, including our Prime Minister’s mother, Margaret. We would be honoured to display a framed picture of that special woman in your life.

Roasted garlic & herb butter rubbed focaccia, oven baked with marinated tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella. 1 Choice Of:

Minestrone

Kale, Swiss chard and bean soup with harvest vegetables, tomato and spinach. Or

Caesar Salad

Romaine in traditional dressing, crisp bacon and garlic herb croutons. Or

Insalata Italiano

Mixed baby greens with balsamic vinaigrette 2 Choice Of:

Vitello Piccata

Pan seared veal scallopine with a caper, lemon & parsley butter. Served with seasonal vegetables and mini red potatoes. Or

Pollo Arrosto

10oz roasted chicken supreme with herb butter served with green beans, mini red potatoes and a parmesan, artichoke & foccacia stuffed red pepper. Or

Mustard Crusted Salmon

Served over spinach risotto with a tomato, zucchini, dill and fennel salsa.

Prosciutto di Parma, cantaloupe, bocconcini cheese with basil and olive oil, marinated artichoke hearts, grilled vegetables and assorted olives. 2

Pasta Duo

Individually plated- Penne Pomodore and Fettuccine Alfredo. 3

Choose one

Parmigiana – hand breaded, pan fried and topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese Marsala – grilled and served with a roasted mushroom, herb and Marsala wine cream sauce Piccata – lightly floured, pan seared and finished with a white wine, lemon, parsley and caper butter. All entrees served with seasonal vegetable sauté and roasted potatoes.

Served family style Calamari Fritti

Corn meal dusted calamari with a cherry pepper and basil aioli.

Prices are per selection Cannoli $2.50 a piece Pastry shells filled with a sweet ricotta and chocolate chip cream finished with a touch of orange zest. Tiramisu $10 Espresso soaked ladyfinger cookies layered between a mascarpone cheese and Marsala mousse and topped with shaved chocolate. Bellini Cheesecake $10 Vanilla and peach cheesecake topped with peach cobbler crumble and served with a prosecco, lemon and thyme syrup Cioccolato Budino $9 Dark chocolate mousse with vanilla cherry whipped cream topped with sweet and salty candied pecans. Pannetone Bread Pudding $10 Traditional Italian pannetone, oven baked with a sweet egg custard. Served warm with vanilla ice cream and brandy espresso caramel sauce.

All functions booked are subject to applicable taxes and a gratuity of 17%.
