Standard treatments Please note that, unless otherwise indicated or agreed, the fees for treatment do not include pre-treatment consultations, scans, screening bloods, medications, storage of sperm/oocytes/embryos or the fees payable to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).

Reproductive Health Group Refund policy Treatment cycles cancelled as no oocytes collected will be refunded £450. Treatment cycles cancelled after oocyte collection if failed fertilisation or embryos fail to divide will be refunded £350. Treatment cycles cancelled as no oocytes available for the recipient will be refunded in full minus the cancellation fee of £950. No clinical coordination fees will be refunded. Treatment cycles cancelled before egg collection will be refunded in full minus the cancellation free of £950. IUI/DI treatment cycles cancelled before insemination will be refunded £500. Cancelled FET cycle will be refunded £350.
Payment terms Payment must be made in full before consultations, investigations and/or commencement of treatment. There is no charge for payments made by BACS or debit card. Payments made by credit card are subject to an admin fee of 2.5%.
