Reformation 2017 with Germany & Switzerland 500 Year Anniversary of Martin Luther Hosted by Mike & Jane Gendron & Mike Abendroth May 20 – 30, 2017 Join Mike and Jane Gendron of Proclaiming the Gospel Ministry (ProclaimingTheGospel.org) and Mike Abendroth, Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Bible Church and host of No Compromise Radio, as we celebrate the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation, on this extraordinary tour to Germany and Switzerland. Mike Gendron’s extensive knowledge of Catholicism and the Reformation will equip you to be an effective witness and to contend earnestly for the faith. You will also glean from Pastor Mike Abendroth’s expository teachings and learn how to dive into the scriptures and discover the truths just as Martin Luther did those 500 years ago. This exciting tour will take you to the places Martin Luther, John Calvin and other Reformers ministered and give you a biblical perspective of why the Reformation must never be forgotten or reversed. You will garner much wisdom from these gifted speakers that will help you contend earnestly for the faith against the growing ecumenical movement. You may also choose, as an option, to go to Wittenberg a few days early and attend a Reformation Conference hosted by The Master’s Academy International. The price for the tour is $4,399 per person plus airfare.

Itinerary at a glance:

Mike & Jane Gendron For over 34 years, Evangelist Mike Gendron was a devout Roman Catholic and a strong defender of the “one true church.” He was taught from a very early age to trust and rely on the church, its priests, the sacraments and his own good works for salvation. However, in 1981, while attending an evangelical seminar, he realized the Bible is the supreme authority for knowing truth. His new excitement and hunger for the inspired word of God led him to help organize the very first Little Rock Scripture Study, at a Catholic Church in Dallas. Mike soon realized that many of the teachings and traditions of the Catholic religion were not found in the Bible. After more study, he discovered the Roman Catholic plan of salvation was diametrically opposed to the Gospel of grace revealed in the Bible. This lead to a crisis of faith. Should he trust Christ and His Word or the teachings and traditions of his religion? He knew he could not believe both. God granted him repentance and he exchanged his religion for a relationship with His all-sufficient Savior. In 1988 he left a successful career in corporate management to study at Dallas Theological Seminary. Four years later, during his last semester at DTS, Mike and his wife Jane’s love for Catholics inspired them to begin the ministry of Proclaiming the Gospel that would point Catholics to the Lord Jesus Christ as their all sufficient Savior. For 25 years, their hearts have been burdened for those who may be where they were for most of their life–eternally condemned and not even aware of it. Mike’s book Preparing for Eternity, which is rich with Scripture, has been effective in leading many Roman Catholics out of spiritual bondage and deception. Mike has taught in seminaries, churches and conferences all over the world and has produced six Gospel tracts in six different languages.

This means your passport must be valid at least through December 1, 2017, or longer if you choose to extend your trip. If you need information regarding obtaining or renewing your passport, contact LP.

Air Tickets All tour, transfer and air tickets are valid only for the dates and time schedules booked and indicated on documents. Final documents will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to your scheduled departure and after full payment has been received by LP. Re-issuance of tickets that are lost or stolen prior to departure, or required to be reissued for any other reasons, may be subject to charges or fees by the carriers and/or other vendors; such fees may be substantial. In the event of cancellations and if you have to fly differently due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.) or take special transfers, costs incurred might be reimbursed by insurance. We have a limited number of business class seats. Call for pricing. You are welcome to arrange your own airfare to and from Europe.

Limitations The air carrier(s), group operators and LP reserve right to substitute equipment and properties and to add or delete en route stops at our discretion with or without notice. The hotels, ground operators and other vendors used by LP reserve the right, in special circumstances, to substitute accommodations/transportation of similar or better quality without penalty.

Luggage LP cannot be held responsible for delay, loss, or damage to luggage. Many domestic and international airlines have changed the total poundage allowed for international travel, and security restrictions will govern what can be carried, both in checked and in carry-on luggage. You’ll want to check directly with your carriers and on the website of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Airlines have recently unbundled baggage fees from airfares and are now charging extra for luggage.  You should consider any costs for baggage fees by seeing the carrier’s website at WWW.EXPLOREFLIGHTFEES.COM The airlines are responsible for posting any changes or fees.

Making Your Deposit/Reservations • If depositing on or before February 25, 2017, a total deposit of $1750 per person (plus insurance) is due with your signed registration (or submission of online form) to confirm your space. • If depositing on or after February 25, 2017, full payment is due at the time of booking. What many do is to place their deposit on their credit card (with insurance) and then mail the final balance within 10 days of your booking. This way your space is secured. Please note we will continue to take bookings and reservations after February 25, 2017, as long as space is available and we will do everything possible to make sure you can join us! • You may always, if you wish, use a credit card for your initial deposit and insurance and then pay the balance with cash or check and still receive the full cash discount.

Changes/Revisions We will try to accommodate name changes, but additional fees may be imposed and passed on by the carriers. If specific rooming requests are altered due to cancellation by one or more passengers, the passenger(s) still traveling may be required to pay the resulting applicable occupancy rate. Trip insurance may cover this additional cost.

Cancellation and Refunds In the event that you must cancel your reservation, or payments are not received by specified deadlines, refunds are made in accordance with the following schedule: Per person cancellation fee, if notice is received: • 210-112 days or more prior to departure, the cancellation fee is $1,050 per person, plus any air costs incurred, pre- or post-options, and insurance or add-on travel you have purchased. • 111-74 days or more prior to departure, the cancellation fee is under a 60-percent penalty per person, plus any air costs incurred, pre- or postoptions, and insurance or add-on travel you have purchased. • 73 days and less the trip becomes nonrefundable. • Travel insurance premiums (and airfare) are always non-refundable

Air Transportation In the event you wish to deviate or stop over, you may request it, but all costs associated will be passed on to the traveler. We have a limited number of Business class seats available; they are on a first booked or paid basis. If you wish to arrange your own air transportation, airport transfers will be your responsibility unless they are purchased separately.
