What is This Report About? Egypt Crude Oil Refinery Outlook To 2020 is a comprehensive report on crude oil refinery industry in Egypt. The report provides oil production, consumption, exports and imports details from 2000 to 2020 along with oil reserves for the period 2000 to 2014. The report also provides details on oil refineries such as name, type, operational status, operator apart from capacity data for the major processing units, for all active and planned refineries in Egypt till 2020. Further, the report also offers recent developments, financial deals as well as latest contracts awarded in the country’s oil refinery industry.

Market Definition Information on all the refineries are sourced from company web pages, annual reports, news and press releases, presentations, other company reports and accounts; ministry/regulatory sources and from major news sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg etc, (based on the information availability prior to the publication of report). The refining capacity is the total design/nameplate, annual capacity of the refinery and is the sum of the crude distillation unit (CDU) and condensate splitter (if any) in the refinery. The report includes only those oil refineries that process crude oil and/or condensates only. Refineries that process other feedstock such as naphtha, lubes, etc or lube blending units, are not covered. Refineries, for which basic information such as name, location (state or province within a country), or, primary distillation design/nameplate capacity are not available, have not been included in the report.
