Crossfit please Especially with the dangers of living in the city, I believe self defense classes are very important and should be offered regularly Great variety of classes. Would love a step class and body bump. I would attend a weight watchers like program if it were free or costed less I would be interested in mommy & me yoga I would love to see a pole dancing class If there is one area where the GF program is lacking (and it's more personal) is in the people who attend classes. Certainly, I cannot expect everyone to have my energy level, but those are the classes which I find to be the best ones. I recently attended a class where the participants were literally laying around on the floor. It was as if they HAD to be there, but didn't want to. Many time when the trainer asks "how are we feeling?" I am the only person who even responds. To this day, my best class has ben the Shockwave session from last year. The trainer was being evaluated, and so naturally, half the people in the class were rec sports employees! The energy level in the room was OFF THE CHARTS! It was so loud and crazy in there. Hands down the best workout I have ever had at the RPAC. It'd be nice to have one of those every month or so, and to market it as such. Let people know BEFORE they sign up that if they are not going to bring their A game and go HAM, not to come. It'd be cool to include some type of core workout for a half hour, then some type of yoga for the second half hour More fun and different classes would be a good addition like Fitness Drumming More Rhythm Ride classes would be nice.

RECREATIONAL SPORTS GROUP FITNESS SURVEY: AUTUMN 2014 Could you add volleyball or tennis instruction class? First came first serve wastes the time of students. Online sign up is a must in a modern facility. If a poor yoga studio can do online sign ups, so can OSU Rec I appreciate that a link to the group fitness schedule has been added to the Rec Sports homepage. This makes it much easier to access. I also like the color-coded online schedule I do download and print the PDF group fitness schedule for the semester and wish that the name of the instructor was featured on that document as well as online. I know instructor names used to be on that document, but they no longer appear there. I also appreciate that you have hired a certified Aqua Zumba instructor for that class. It makes a big difference to know that the instructor understands what can be modified for water and what cannot. Thank you! I want the schedule to have the instructors name on it Please motivate the coordinators to at least full up water bottles they do their homework and students have to miss class times to go fill their water bottles I am not being rude but it's what I see We are so lucky to be at an institution where we are not charged for attendance
