When you write business with Allianz, we reward you. Awards are based on Combined Production Credits (CPCs) for business written during the current calendar year. CPCs are calculated by product line:

Annuities • 10% of total collected fixed and fixed index annuity premium in the first one to five contract years (depending on product)

Life insurance • 100% up to target, 10% of excess or rollover premium

Charity donation CharityChoice allows participants to donate to a cause. There are over 100 major charitable organizations under categories such as the environment, hunger and poverty, disaster relief, health and disease, children, military, disabilities, the elderly, animals, cultural, homeless, and more. • Participants may designate the funds to up to three charities of their choice per card. • Donations made via CharityChoice go 100% to nonprofits, and are 100% tax-deductible. • Cards are redeemed on CharityChoice’s website (www.ccgiftcards.org), where participants can also find a current list of all charities available. • CharityChoice gift cards are available in five, 10, 25, and 100 point increments and never expire.

Until the producer achieves 400,000 CPCs, Perk Points will be issued in multiples of 280. Upon achieving 400,000 CPCs, the producer will be awarded a bonus of 3,920 Perk Points. Beyond 400,000 CPCs, Perk Points will be awarded in multiples of 350 Perk Points.

Invoice reimbursement

This convenient online tool allows you to design and arrange your own airline travel! Located in the Perk Points section of www.allianzlife.com, VIPexpress offers flight and price searches, online flight booking, and the redemption of your Perk Points for the trip, in one simple visit to the website.

With invoice reimbursement, your merchandise options expand far beyond the Perk Points catalog and Amazon.com. Invoice reimbursement lets you use your Perk Points like you would use cash, to purchase items from the store of your choice. A minimum of 1,000 Perk Points must be redeemed for invoice reimbursement, and points can be redeemed in one-point increments above this threshold.

Merchandise Perk Points can be redeemed online for hundreds of valuable merchandise items. The online catalog offers a wide variety of sporting goods, electronics, jewelry, housewares, and more.

DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN

Defer. Invest. Enjoy. Have you heard about the rewards program available exclusively to producers who have achieved 100,000 CPCs in a calendar year? The Deferred Compensation Plan is a great opportunity to make the most of your sales success. We’re proud to invest in your success. You are eligible to participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan if: • You earn 100,000 CPCs in a calendar year on all fixed annuity and life insurance products. • You are an appointed financial professional with Allianz and hold an individual contract with us. (You are not able to participate if you are a licensed-only producer, a corporation, a limited liability company, or a partnership.)

When you participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan: • Allianz makes contributions to your account, based on your sales of Perk-eligible products. • If you earn 100,000 but less than 500,000 CPCs in the current calendar year on all products: For each 100,000 CPCs on products eligible for the company contribution, Allianz contributes $2,000.¹ • If you earn 500,000 CPCs or more in the current calendar year on all products: For each 100,000 CPCs on products eligible for the company contribution, Allianz contributes $4,000.¹ • Allianz contributions are multiplied by the number of consecutive years you’ve been in the plan (the maximum multiplier is 7).2 • If you choose not to participate or don’t meet the eligibility requirements for one year, Allianz will carry over your multiplier to the next year. • You get to choose from multiple investment options. • You also get the opportunity to make voluntary contributions, deferring all or part of your Allianz compensation.

Sign up for Deferred Compensation during annual open enrollment, beginning in November. Deferred compensation is available to Questar Capital registered representatives. If you are a registered representative and compensation for the products applicable to the plan is paid by Allianz to you through your broker/dealer – rather than directly to you – you are not eligible to participate in the plan.

• Allianz PreferredSM producers can elect to receive their Allianz Preferred bonus in cash, or forgo it and have Allianz Preferred products included in their company contribution calculation.

SUITABILITY ADVANTAGE PROGRAM

You’re protected from chargebacks, even if we rescind the annuity contract. At Allianz we believe clients have a right to feel confident in the Allianz fixed annuity they purchase. That’s why we created a customer confidence process that includes industry-leading standards for suitability. Our customer confidence process protects your clients. And now it protects your livelihood, too. Simply maintain your membership in our Masters Forum Club, and follow the terms of our Agent Agreement, Compliance Guide to Successful Business, and the Guide to Annuity Suitability. In return, we will not assess a commission chargeback on a qualifying annuity contract due to a suitability issue, if the policy was issued after January 1, 2009 and is rescinded after one year (if in force for less than one year, the chargeback still applies).
