Company Holdings Overview Rastelli Foods showcases our premium quality beef, pork, veal, lamb, poultry and game products as well as our full line of kitchen-ready foods for use in the food service, institutional and retail markets.

Rastelli Foods acquired Black Tiger Seafood and began operations of Rastelli Seafood in 2006. Our Grade A, wild caught and farm raised seafood products are custom cut and packed to order in a state-of-theart processing facility. Domestic and international export and trade experts. Serving as manufacturer as well as a global consolidator of food products and nationally recognized brands for air and sea freight; managing and processing countless custom critical orders daily for international clientele. Rastelli Market Fresh is the retail division, featuring Grocery, Catering, Cafe/Lounge, Made to Order Concepts, Specialty Deli and Bakery, Wine, Beer and Spirits.

Facilities and Stores • Rastelli Foods: Currently under expansion. USDA and FoodChek certified meat processing facility. Leader in food safety including ozonated water systems and daily anti-contaminant batch tests. • Rastelli Market Fresh: 2 NJ locations in Deptford and Marlton. All prepared foods are made on site, and the meat and seafood sections come from our own partnering farms and fisheries. The stores provide a great test ground for new Rastelli products, and a venue to gather consumer feedback. • Rastelli Global: Servicing over 80 countries. 110,000 sq. ft. USDA certified consolidation and fulfillment center; specializing in container shipment optimization. Fresh and frozen meat products, dry goods, shelf stable foods and restaurant supplies.
