RAINFOREST AMBASSADORS

HELP SPREAD THE WORD AND START SAVING RAINFORESTS TODAY! Rainforest Trust.org/Ambassadors

WHAT ARE RAINFOREST AMBASSADORS? Rainforest Trust is a charitable non-profit whose mission is to purchase threatened forests and protect endangered wildlife through community engagement and local partnerships around the world. To date, we have protected over 15 million acres. We have a long history of working with school clubs, student groups, and everyone who cares about saving the rainforest. Teachers, students and their parents have made meaningful contributions to the environment through Rainforest Trust. To help foster this spirit of giving in our youth and highlight all that schools do for conservation, we created Rainforest Ambassadors - formerly known as Kids 4 Rainforests. Our program offers educational support and recognition for youth projects that raise awareness and donations to protect rainforests. What makes Rainforest Ambassadors unique is that it not only fosters learning about the wonders of rainforests, but also gives students the opportunity to protect them. They organize their own rainforest fundraising events whose proceeds save real acres inhabited by endangered wildlife. For as little as 50¢, an acre of critical wildlife habitat can be preserved and protected.
