Authorization for the Deputy Executive Director to issue a notice of contingent contact award for the Alcoa Area F-1 AML Regrade Project and to award and execute the contract after receipt and legal review of bonds and insurance documents. Chairman Carrillo and Commissioner Jones approved this item. OIL AND GAS DIVISION 351. Update on the Daisetta sinkhole. There were no changes in the status of the sinkhole to report at this time. COMMISSIONERS Commissioner Jones 352. Letter from the Commissioners regarding the effects on the Texas economy from the climate change legislation in Congress. This item was deferred for further consideration at the next conference. PUBLIC INPUT 353.
