■ FULL SCOPE OF PRINTS Both inside and outside prints, with a higher line count and with colour management. ■ THE WHOLE PROCESS AT ONE PLACE We offer a comprehensive service A to Z; starting with the in-company Pre-press Studio and the Forme Department, finishing on the transport of finished products. Additional services e.g. laminating and laboratory tests of packaging materials are available on request.

■ INNOVATIONS We attach great importance to developing new articles and implementing them in production. We offer both standard solutions and products new on the market, as well as new packaging structures. W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

■ FORME DEPARTMENT AND PRE-PRESS STUDIO ■ INK DEPARTMENT ■ COLOUR MANAGEMENT ■ FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING DEPARTMENT ■ LAMINATING DEPARTMENT ■ CUTTING AND SORTING DEPARTMENT ■ QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

F O R M E D E PA R T M E N T A N D P R E - P R E S S S T U D I O ■ Pro–Flex S.A. has its own studio. It applies modern technological solutions such as raster image processing and proofing and when preparing printing formes (CTP technology, modern equipment for the processing of photo–polymer plates).

W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

T H E I N K D E PA R T M E N T ■ It includes an ink mixing system using an Inkmaker Dispensing System P32, an InkFormulation program creating colour formulae and a spectrophotometer used to assess the colours. The department ensures high quality and complete repeatability of mixed printing ink colours.

COLOUR MANAGEMENT ■ The activities undertaken within Colour Management encompass the whole production process, starting with the graphic design and finishing with the final print. The colour management procedures include: ■ creating colour profiles of printing machines ■ proofing ■ colour assessment: ■ creating ink formulae - InkFormulaton ■ controlling colour consistency - Colour Quality ■ Colour Quality involves using advanced software to control colour. Colours are analysed and compared against a set pattern, resulting in an automatic information about consistency with the pattern and meeting the quality criteria of a client. It also guarantees repeatability and a uniform colour scheme in the whole batch. W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

LIMITING VOC EMISSIONS – 3 – CHAMBER REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER ■ combustion in temperatures between 800 and 1000°C ■ very low exit gases concentration-- the last measurement showed 10.97 mg/m3 , while the permitted emission of VOC is 100mg/m3 ■ heat retention system. Heated, clean air from the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is used by the heat exchanger to heat air in the production hall, which allows considerable reduction of gas usage and, consequently, CO2 emission

W W W. P R O - F L E X . P L

LIMITING NOISE POLLUTION ■ The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer was equipped in acoustic screens for fans. - guaranteed noise level
