Should you wish to provide your own licensed professional, the cost will be deducted from the package price and you will be responsible for coordinating all of the ceremony details directly with that officiate. Please carefully review the details for obtaining the marriage license procedures in Puerto Rico and if you wish for our team to coordinate those details, the Marriage License Concierge Service fee noted above will apply. **Wedding site locations are based on space availability. In case of inclement weather, all outdoor functions require an indoor back up and will be reserved at hotel’s discretion. Wedding Packages are booked separately from room nights and are subject to availability. No refunds for unused package items. Wedding space must be confirmed with the Wedding Department. Black-out dates may apply. Sunset surcharge. Weekend surcharge for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
