By centralising spend, the framework will begin standardising the procurement of IT hardware and services to enable substantial cost savings and efficiencies, and allow organisations to deliver in line with environmental and social government policy.

A fully compliant contract for multifunctional devices The RM1599 procurement framework agreement is available to help public sector organisations receive cost savings and best value for money through the provision of multi-functional printers, copiers and print solutions. The contract has been jointly established between Government Procurement Service, YPO and ESPO. XMA is one of four suppliers to operate under this contract (Lot 2), providing a large range of printing solutions across multiple manufacturers and delivering personalised solutions to help deliver these benefits.
