TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO INTERPRET TEST RESULTS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK: The BPS requires at least 1 trained user per organisation using assessments – to use personality assessment both Level A and B BPS approved training would be required – this is to ensure interpretation and feedback is given in a standardised manner. The reports named above are designed specifically for the candidates to use and have been pre-interpreted by SHL therefore it is unlikely that students will require face to face feedback from admissions teams. COST OF TRAINING Per Individual on external course: training costs vary dependant on course and delivery method (either rpublic course or incompany) and can be quoted on request.
