Registration opens at 11:00 am for check-in and to pick-up badges and material packets. All facilities and meetings are fully accessible to the handicapped. Hotel Information

The 2015 TARHC Annual Education Conference will be held at the Omni Hotel Downtown, 700 San Jacinto, Austin, TX, 78701. The special conference room rate is $149 (single/double). Please call the hotel directly to reserve your room at 1-800-THE OMNI (1-800-8436664). Make your reservation before July 7 to ensure accommodations and rate. Be sure to mention TARHC Education Conference to receive the group rate.

Substitution and Cancellation

Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Please notify TARHC of any changes prior to the conference. For cancellation, please notify us in writing no later than July 17th. Refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be available for notices received by this date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. TARHC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event if deemed necessary. Should a situation beyond the control of TARHC arise to prevent holding of the conference, TARHC will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by registrants, except for the registration fee, which will be refunded.
