Prolab Digital Imaging is a privately owned family-run corporation that started business in 1989 as a conventional commercial photo lab. In 1993 it expanded into large format digital output printing and is now a fully digital printing company. Prolab manufactures small and large format visual graphics for the retail, entertainment, communications, fashion, cosmetics, and food industries. A wide range of printing capabilities enables us to produce all types of graphics for banners, billboards, vehicle wraps, gallery art, wallpaper, carpeting, tradeshow booths, and decals.

Our skilled technicians bring a high level of expertise to our services that include digital photographic printing, inkjet printing, grand format printing and digital die cutting. An efficient finishing and fulfillment department ensures accurate project completion and on-time delivery. And our crew of installers can handle difficult and complex installations for virtually any situation.

Prolab Digital Imaging Facilities & Equipment Prolab Digital Imaging recently moved into a 15,000 square foot facility just outside of Los Angles International Airport. All equipment and facilities necessary for producing vehicle wraps are housed here.

Using the large format capabilities of our two Scitex Grand Format printers we can manufacture vinyl wraps that can cover a building.

Our 54-foot Miller WeldMaster Heat Seaming System allows us to join vinyl sections to make wraps of any length and width.

Our lamination and cutting departments.

The Zund Digital Diecutter cuts substrates up to 3/4” in thickness. This machine will be used to cut all graphics and vinyl in the OCTA project.

Our Epson GS6000 printer will be used to print all mural graphics for the buses. The Epson is an eco-friendly printer and can print on Bioflex, a biodegradable vinyl product.

The Seal Liquid Laminator is used in applying a protective coating to wallpaper and truck siding graphics.

Vanity Fair - 2009 Oscars Photo Displays for 29 select Rodeo Drive stores involving printing, mounting, and installing 45 large format Lightjet prints.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Trailer wrap for portable barister.

The KOR Group - printed and installed 35’ x 95’ building wrap for Barker Block Lofts. Also printed 45 - 8’ x 45’ banners and 4’ x 25’ double-sided blade banners for building graphics and barricade graphics.

Sketchers USA - 8,000 sq. ft. of adhesive vinyl printed for tradeshow booths; 8,000 sq. ft. of adhesive vinyl for showroom displays; 34 - 48” x 48” Lightjet prints with framing for corporate office.

Verizon - Wrapped 6 minivans used in public relations events.

Maritz Advertising - Wrapped over 20 vehicles for Toyota and Honda for promotional events.

Toyo Tires - Truck & Trailer Wrap.
