Special Benefits During Your Stay

Points Discount on Inventory – Receive a 20% points discount on new reservations at SVC managed resorts. Discounted reservations can be made at least 30 days prior to check-in and varies depending on your Signature tier.

Express Check-Out - As a Signature Member, checkout is a breeze. Simply call the front desk to notify them of your departure and then leave your room key in your unit.

NEW! Advance Resort Unit Upgrades – Now you can request your Advance Unit Upgrades online! Receive one upgrade on each existing reservation to the next largest available unit. Requests for upgrades can be made at least 30 days prior to check-in and varies depending on your Signature tier. The number of upgrade requests you’re able to make is dependent upon your Signature tier level. All requests are subject to availability. Additional Days of Free SVC Transaction Fees – Based on your Signature tier you are eligible to receive additional days of free SVC transactions. Choice Members receive one additional day for a total of three, Elite Members receive two additional days for a total of four and Prestige Members enjoy unlimited free SVC transactions. GF Membership Card – Soon after you become a Signature Member you will receive a member card. Simply present the card when checking into an SVC Resort, or refer to it when contacting us regarding your Signature benefits. Exclusive Toll-Free Reservation Line – Whether you need assistance with reservations, airfare or car rental, one call puts you in touch with your dedicated Signature reservation team.

Late Check-Out - When a late check-out is available, you can sleep in or spend a few more hours relaxing. Free Local Calls - There is never a charge for local calls made from your SVC Resort accommodations. Newspaper - Signature Elite and Prestige Members wake up every morning to a courtesy newspaper outside their door.GF Robe - Signature Prestige Members will experience the comfort of two plush robes, embroidered with the Signature insignia, placed in the room during their stay. GF Amenity Gift – Signature Prestige Members will receive a complimentary gift to enjoy during their stay. GF Complimentary Housekeeping Upon Request - Daily room cleaning is available upon request for Signature Prestige Members.* GF *In addition to the complimentary mid-week cleaning service scheduled at check-in, Signature Prestige and Grandfathered Members may also request daily cleanings. Signature Program Rules Signature Terms and Conditions: SVC Members may only transfer their Signature status to immediate family members as part of a transfer of Shell Vacations Club Memberships. However, minimum point values and membership requirements apply. Signature Members must maintain the minimum eligibility requirements at all times to participate in this program. Participating Signature Members who own Direct Interest Points (Direct Members), must maintain their existing Direct Interest Points balance to meet the eligibility requirements for this program. Points Discount on Inventory – Subject to availability and is available to use toward SVC managed locations only. Members will not be able to cancel and rebook the same reservation within the same calendar day. 4. Advance Resort Unit Upgrades – Upgrades are available within the same resort only. Limit of one upgrade per reservation. Available only at SVC managed locations. 5. Complimentary Housekeeping Upon Request - A complimentary mid-week cleaning is scheduled for Signature Prestige Members. This cleaning includes services such as emptying the trash, making the beds, changing out dirty towels and vacuuming. Additional cleanings may be arranged within 24 hours advance notice during the Signature Prestige Member’s stay. 6. Wildland Trekking - All Wildland Trekking Company trips are subject to itinerary changes based on a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to, permit availability, snowpack, river crossings, wildlife, park or public land closures, and forest fires. The Wildland Trekking Company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the trip (for example: non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.). Great American Days - An experience-specific voucher with reservations/instructions will be shipped to member via overnight delivery. Vouchers expire one year from date of issuance. 8. EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals - Per day rental rates include tax and environmental fees and unlimited miles, two riders maximum per vehicle. For a detailed list of all available models, contact SVC Member Services. One-Way Drop Off: Additional points will be deducted if motorcycle is returned to a different rental location. One-Way drop off is not available in all locations. Point values are based on distance in miles from origination site Security deposits are required at the time of rental and will vary depending on level of VIP Insurance & Damage Insurance that is purchased. Major holidays and selected dates may be unavailable at the discretion of each rental location. All rental terms and conditions as well as additional out of pocket expenses will be covered during customer orientation upon pickup of vehicle. Every client is required to accept and sign a Rental Agreement and Release Waiver. Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle, including all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, maintenance responsibilities, and applicable laws. Drivers License is required, driver must be over 21 years of age, and a minimum of one year of riding experience on heavyweight motorcycles is. Tours are subject to cancelation up to 30 days prior to departure date if insufficient number of participants (minimum of 8 participants). 9. The Legacy Golf Resort Benefits - TaylorMade® Club Rental, Anytime Golf MonThurs Golf with Rental and Dinner for Two with a Bottle of Wine all require prior reservations. Subject to availability. No substitutions are allowed. Valid year-round. 10. First-Class Air Travel – First Class service may not be offered on all types of aircraft. For connecting flights, First Class service might not be offered on all segments. Signature Options with Interval International® How to Book:  To find the available properties for each tier, visit shellvacations.com/signature, click on the “Signature Options” tab and then the “Preferred Hotels” link.  You have the option to search the participating hotels by location or by SVC Points level (shown on page 8). Searching results by location will list all hotels participating in that location; searching results by SVC Point level will list all hotels participating in that tier.  Members can view availability for the desired hotel and then call Signature Member Services 877-782-3583.  SVC Points will be quoted and reservations will then be confirmed. (Bookings are not available online.)  SVC Points will be deducted at the time a confirmation is made.  Services are provided by Preferred Hotel Group, which is neither operated by nor an affiliate of Shell Vacations Club or Interval International. Signature Select Exchange How to Book:  Signature Select Exchanges can be made by calling Signature Member Services at 877-782-3583.  Reservations will be accepted on a first-request, first-confirmed basis.  Interval International (I.I.) exchange fees, and terms and conditions apply.  SVC Points returned to your I.I. account will retain their original expiration date based on the date saved with I.I. and may be used toward a future exchange.
