project process Planning Stage We believe in doing things right the first time around Therefore more important it is to understand your needs, collect usable data that helps in space planning. Considering soaring rents and paucity of office space a generation of a detailed brief assumes great importance. A usual practise at EVOLVE is to generate this brief using the following methodology, this help align employees needs with the organizational goals ► Workshop, ► Interviews and ► Observations. Workshop - Gather key decision makers; facilitate energetic sessions using tools and props to merge end-users’ needs, concerns and expectation with corporate objectives, such as communication branding, staff retention etc.

To overcome the problem of numbers, we will help cell leaders, across the departments; conduct these workshops with their work groups. Next step would be to conduct workshops with these cell leaders. In this way concerns of all will be addressed systematically This will take 2 sessions.
