Charles Heldebrant, PhD CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER

Dr. Charles Heldebrant has extensive global experience in biologics, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic operations and quality systems. His scientific background amplifies PSC Investment’s capabilities. Specifically, Charles has held a variety of scientific and

senior management positions at major US biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, roles which encompass virtually all aspects of drug production and development.

He has published a number of articles in internationally acclaimed journals and holds more that 20 US and foreign patents,
