Nomenclature All the important performance data of a Kärcher automatic scrubber is contained in the product designation. Normally, the product designation consists of three elements: 1. The abbreviation for the type of machine:

B = Automatic Scrubber (brush heads sold separately) BR = Automatic Scrubber with roller brush BD = Automatic Scrubber with disc brush Brush Heads R = Roller Brush Head D = Disk Brush Head 55 e.g R 55 = working width in cm

2. Performance data in numbers: In the names of roller brush machines with a combination of numbers (e.g. BR 75/140 R) the first number is the working width (in cm), and the second number is the capacity of the fresh/dirty water tank (in litres). 3. Code letters for type and equipment:

All-round floor cleaning machines Scrub, strip and polish with one machine. The industry exclusive BRS 40/1000 C eliminates the sore hands, wrists, arms and backs associated with conventional rotary disk floor machines.

The Kärcher BDS 43/Duo C is an all-surface cleaning, scrubbing, sanding, polishing and deep cleaning floor machine. Cleans carpet, stone, tile & grout, wood, vinyl, concrete, epoxy, and other surfaces. Dual-action Orb technology: The patented Orbital mechanics allows the machines to oscillate and rotate at the same time allowing more versatility in the way you clean and maintain your floors. Unlike traditional machines, the Kärcher BDS 43/Duo C generates thousands of 3/8” orbital contacts points that spin at 1725 rpm, while at the same time spinning at 80 rpm rotational movement.

Two counter rotating high speed roller brushes do not exert handle torque. No strain on the operator.

Easy transport: The large snap-on wheels allow the machine to be easily moved to different locations. Wheels store directly on the machine handle when not in use. The operating handle can be folded to transport the BRS 40/1000 C in small vehicles.

Folds down to 30” tall which makes it easy for transport and storage.

From the simplified operation to the integrated KIK (Karcher Intelligent Key) system to prevent improper operation and the exemplary ease of handling in the most varied applications. The B 40 C Bp Classic walk behind floor scrubber is a versatile basic version of the B 40 C Bp, W Bp. It features simple operation in conjuction with a perfect price/performance ratio. KIK-Kärcher Intelligent Key Key function security system offers substantially better security against improper operation. It is not possible for the operator to adjust the basic presets on the machine which were previously set or released by the supervisor for the cleaning job or object in question.

Tidiness on-board: Homebase kit: A Homebase kit makes it easy to carry extra equipment. The Box offers ample space for scraper, cloths, spare bags or bottles. The kit fits perfectly into the cover of the machine and is also easy to remove. The mop kit offers mop support and a mop clip for attaching a mop to the side.

Large walk-behind floor scrubbers

One body - four head choices Kärcher's B 60 W Bp walk behind floor scrubber comes with more performance and numerous features: standardized operation panel, improved brush head suspension, onboard charger and KIK (Kärcher Intelligent Key).

Kärcher’s B 80 W Bp scrubber presents itself at the highest level with numerous practical equipment features for cleaning activities on large surfaces. This includes the KIK Intelligent Key System, automatic brush head and squeegee raising function, as well as a large display.

Excellent efficiency: the eco!efficiency mode extends the battery operating time by up to 30%. The reduction in the power of the suction turbine and brush motors is only minimal. On smooth floors in particular, a lower trubine power is normally adequate for achieving perfect results.

High stability: Parking brake To prevent unintentional rolling - when parking on uneven surfaces or inclines, emptying or filling or during transport in vehicles - the B 80 W Bp comes with a parking brake as standard. For signigicantly increased safety and comfort.

Ride-on floor scrubbers

Ride instead of walk The new B 150 R Bp is the perfect ride-on scrubber for cleaning medium sized surfaces up to 48,450 ft2/hr. Very compact and highly maneuverable with a good all round view. Ideal for angled interiors making cleaning faster, more efficient and safer. The ease of use of the machine is reflected in the simplicity; easy brush changes, more water volume, colour coded control display and Kärcher Intelligent Key system (KIK). Choice of conventional disk brush or high speed roller brush in 30” or 36” sizes. Roller brush head includes an integrated pre-sweep function.
