Research, development and production hand in hand. Kärcher cleaning and care agents are just as versatile and powerful as the equipment and machines in which they are used – for they are specially developed for use in Kärcher cleaning machines. Only in this way can the power of the machine/cleaning agent system be utilised to its full capacity. Kärcher recognised this early on and has consistently pursued their own research and development since. It is the basis of our success and the core of our thought and action.
Research and development are increasing in importance since demands not only on equipment and machines but also the entire package are increasing. How can the machines be used at full power while at the same time conserving the environment even more? How can costs be reduced without losing out on performance or quality? These are questions to which Kärcher and experts from the most diverse fields of engineering and chemistry are searching for the best answer. This is done in an interdisciplinary manner and in close cooperation with suppliers and professional users.

The use of state-of-the-art mixing and filling facilities guarantees the ever effective cleaning performance and availability of our products.
Produktion
As a systems provider of cleaning machines Kärcher develops not only their own cleaning formulas for use in Kärcher cleaning machines; the company produces the cleaning agents themselves. In-house production of cleaning agents is a central aspect of providing our customers with products of consistent high-quality and availability without burdening the environment with unnecessary transport.
The highly flexible system can efficiently fill half-litre bottles to 20,000 l tank cars from 25,000 l mixing vessels. Quick response times in production means that the products are always state-of-the-art. Kaercher actively contributes to environmental conservation by means of production in modern in-house facilities and storage at the site of production. This prevents unnecessary transport so that the products are shipped from the production facilities directly.
