1. DIGITAL OUT (salida digital) Salida digital mediante conector Jack para conversor D/A. 2. LINE OUT (salida nivel línea) Salida de nivel de señal “Línea”, conectar al mezclador, amplificador, etapa de potencia. 3. REMOTE (conexión remota) Conectar a un mezclador con la función “Fader Start” para poder controlar la puesta en marcha del reproductor mediante el fader del mezclador.

OPERACIONES BÁSICAS la que se manipula la rueda. * SEARCH KNOB (búsqueda) Presione el control SEARCH ( o ) en modo Pausa para avanzar o retroceder un “frame” (trozito) por cada pulsación; si mantiene presionado el control reproduciremos los “frames” con sonido. 4. PITCH CONTROL KNOB (control del Pitch) * JOG DIAL (rueda) En modo PLAY podemos variar la velocidad de reproducción hacia adelante o hacia atrás según el sentido en el que giremos la rueda. * PITCH CONTROL KNOB (fader de control de Pitch) Muévalo hacia +16, la reproducción se acelerará. Muévalo hacia -16, la reproducción se desacelerará.

Carga y extracción de discos * Presione "OPEN" para abrir el compartimento del disco. * Coloque el disco: posicionelo en el centro del compartimento con la etiqueta hacia arriba. * Presione la tapa para cerrar el compartimento del disco. * Presione PLAY/PAUSE para comenzar la reproducción. 2. Salto a otra pista del disco Utilice los botones TRACK SKIP para avanzar ( ) o retroceder ( ) a la pista deseada. 3. FRAME SEARCH (búsqueda por “frames”) * JOG DIAL (rueda) En modo Pausa, utilice la rueda, la reproducción avanzará o retrocederá “trocito a trocito” (frame) en función de la velocidad con

Read Instructions. All the safety and operating instructions should be read before this product is operated. Retain Instructions. The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference. Heed Warnings. All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered to. The appliance should not be used near water - for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool, and the like. Carts and Stands. 1. OPEN Press this button to open the disc compartment door, push the door in to close. NOTE: Door cannot be opened during PLAY mode. 2. DISC COMPARTMENT For placing the CD disc inside on the tray. 3. L.C.D. This liquid crystal displays (L.C.D.) indicates the track numbers, time (minutes, seconds, frames), pitch speed, also other modes as Single/Autocue and Continue. 4. PLAY/PAUSE Each press of this button cause the operation to change between PLAY and PAUSE modes. 5. TRACK SKIP This button selects a specific track to be played. 6. SEARCH Use this button to quickly forward or reverse to change the start

position of a playing. It also can be used for changing the sound speed. 7. CONTINUE/SINGLE (AUTO CUE) Press this button to switch between the SINGLE and CONTINUE play modes. When SINGLE/AUTOCUE mode is selected, it indicates as PLAY 1 on the LCD. After each track, it enables the unit to pause at the beginning sound of the next track. 8. CUE The CUE function allows the CD to be played from a setup point any number of times. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause a playing song, then press the CUE button to set up a position where the play can be returned after the CUE button is hit again. The CUE LED will stop flashing from the time the CUE button is pressed.

9. JOG DIAL (FWD & REV) Contiene dos funciones: * Control de velocidad En modo reproduccion, al rotar el dial (rueda) variamos la velocidad de reproduccion. Al girar en sentido horario la incrementamos, al girar en sentido anti horario la disminuimos. * Busqueda En modo Pausa, podemos hallar con precision el punto de comienzo de la reproduccion girando adelante y atras la rueda. La velocidad con la que giremos la rueda determina la velocidad de busqueda. 10. TIME/OUTRO Este boton nos permite seleccionar entre diversos modos de lectura; tiempo restante de reproduccion, tiempo reproducido y tiempo total de reproduccion del disco; ademas activa y desactiva la funcion OUTRO. Cuando el display muestra la palabra OUTRO se reproducen los ultimos 30 segundos de cada pista. Al presiona el boton unos 3 segundos desactivaremos la funcion OUTRO. 11. PITCH (porcentaje de variacion en la velocidad de reproduccion) Activa la funcion Pitch. Para activar el deslizador Pitch (14) presione el boton Pitch (se ilumina el LED correspondiente). Desplazando el deslizador (14) aceleramos o ralentizamos la reproduccion. Al desactivar Pitch la velocidad de reproduccion vuelve automaticamente al valor normal . El valor de Pitch podra ser variado entre ±32%. NOTA: (1) Cuando el LED de Pitch este apagado el deslizador no tendra efecto. (2) El boton Pitch no tiene efecto sobre la funcion Pitch Bend. 12. CONTROLES ±8%, ±16%, ±32% Estos tres botones nos permiten escoger entre un rango de Pitch desde ±8%, ±16% hasta ±32%. 13. PITCH BEND +/- (variacion instantanea de Pitch) En modo reproduccion, los botones Pitch Bend nos permiten variar la velocidad de forma instantanea para poder sincronizar los Beat de dos pistas una vez el valor de Pitch ha sido ajustado. 14. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER (deslizador de control de Pitch) Disponemos de un selector (12) para variar el rango de variacion de la velocidad de reproduccion entre (+8/16/32%) . Al desplazar el fader deslizante de Pitch (14) el valor de este variara dentro del rango elegido; (+8/16/32%) al desplazar hacia arriba y (-8/16/32%) al desplazar hacia abajo. La variacion del Pitch nos permite igualar la velocidad de reproduccion de las dos pistas que queremos mezclar. 15. NUMBER KEYS (botones de acceso directo a pistas) (1) 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: permite situarnos y reproducer inmediatamente la pista escogida al presionar el boton correspondiente. Este aparece en el L.C.D. (2)+10: Al presionar este boton avanzamos de 10 en 10 pistas. 16. TAP Nos permite determinar manualmente el valor de Beats por minuto (BPM). Para ello debemos presionar el boton en sincronia con el Beat que escuchamos. 17. SEAMLESS LOOP/RELOOP (bucle sin fin) Disponemos de los controles A, B/LOOP, RELOOP/EXIT. (1) A ― “punto de inicio” (punto A) (2) B/LOOP ― “punto de fin de bucle” (punto B), al presionar B/LOOP hemos cerrado el bucle y este entra en reproduccion automatica. En el L.C.D. la palabra LOOP centelleara. (3) RELOOP/EXIT ― Para salir del bucle presione RELOOP/EXIT. La palabra LOOP se iluminara en el L.C.D y la reproduccion continuara normalmente desde el punto B. (4)RELOOP: Al presionar RELOOP/EXIT volvemos inmediatamente a la reproduccion continua del Loop (o bucle) establecido. (5) Durante la reproduccion, presionando A & B/LOOP podemos modificar los puntos de inicio A y final de bucle B. (6) El intervalo entre los puntos A y B debe ser mayor que 20 “frames” (pequenos trozos de la pista) o el punto B sera cancelado y la funcion
LOOP se desactivara. La palabra LOOP desaparecera del L.C.D. 18. MEMORIAS CUE1/2/3 Inmediatamente despues de encender el equipo, las memorias CUE1/2/3 no estan activadas y los LEDs correspondientes estaran apagados. (1) Para activar CUE 1, estando en Pausa o Reproduccion, debemos primero presionar MEMO y a continuacion CUE 1 para completar la memorizacion del punto. El LED centelleara rapidamente 5 veces. Para memorizar los demas puntos Cue se repite la operacion. (2) Una vez hemos memorizado los puntos Cue podremos volver a ellos simplemente presionando CUE1/2/3. El LED correspondiente parpadeara lentamente indicandonos que la reproduccion se reinicia desde este punto memorizado. (3) Para determinar un nuevo punto CUE 1, tanto si estamos en Pausa o Reproduccion, debemos presionar primero MEMO y a continuacion presionar CUE 1 en el momento o punto deseado, el LED parpadeara 5 veces y habremos completado la memorizacion del nuevo punto CUE 1. Lo mismo vale para los demas puntos Cue (2 y 3). 19. KEY (master tempo): Se utiliza para que al cambiar la velocidad de reproduccion mediante el Pitch la musica mantenga sus notas originales. 20. BRAKE (freno): Este control nos permite variar la velocidad de arranque y parada (PAUSE y START). En el display aparecera la palabra BRAKE al presionar el boton. Este efecto de sonido puede aplicarse independientemente o paralelamente a los demas efectos. 21. SOUND EFFECT SELECT (seleccion de efectos) Disponemos de 4 efectos que con ayuda del JOG (rueda) modificaran la musica reproducida. Los distintos efectos se seleccionan actuando sobre el boton SELECT. (1)SCRATCH: Primero seleccione el efecto. A continuacion mueva la rueda hacia adelante y atras como si se tratara de un vinilo para producir el efecto. (2)FLANGER: Primero seleccione el efecto. Este efecto es un tipo de filtro modulado que suena como un avion despegando. Al girar la rueda en sentido horario prolongamos el efecto. (3)FILTER (filtro): Primero seleccione el efecto. Podemos anular las bajas (Bass) o altas (Treble) frecuencias. Al girar le rueda en sentido horario anulamos las bajas frecuencias y al girarla en sentido anti horario anulamos la altas frecuencias. (4)REVERSE WHEEL (reproduccion invertida): Primero seleccione el efecto. La musica se reproduce en sentido inverso. Utilice la rueda o el Pitch Bend para variar la velocidad de reproduccion. Procedimiento: a)Encienda el equipo, el LED n?1centelleara b)Para escoger el efecto presione SELECT repetidamente hasta que se ilumine el LED del efecto que desea utilizar. c)Presione el boton ON/OFF para activar el efecto. d)Utilice la rueda para modificar el parametro del efecto aplicado. Vuelva a presionar ON/OFF para desactivar el efecto. 22. SOUND EFFECT ON/OFF (activar/desactivar efectos) Activa y desactiva los efectos. Mientras un efecto este activo se iluminara el LED correspondiente y al desactivarlo parpadeara. 23. RELAY (reproduccion alternada entre dos unidades CDSFX) Presione el boton RELAY para activar la funcion. Cuando una unidad este en modo Reproduccion la otra permanecera en modo Pausa. Al pausar la unidad en reproduccion la otra unidad comenzara la reproduccion inmediatamente, el LED del boton parpadeara.

1. OPEN (abrir y cerrar) Presionar este botón para abrir o cerrar la bandeja del disco. 2. COMPARTIMIENTO DE DISCOS Coloque el disco en la bandeja con la etiqueta hacia arriba. 3. L.C.D. (Liquid Crystal Display) El display de cristal líquido nos informa del número de pista, el tiempo (min, seg., “Frames”), el valor del Pitch y además del tipo de reproducción; continua o simple autocue. 4. PLAY/PAUSE Este botón tiene la misma función de un reproductor común de Cd´s. Al presionarlo se empezará a reproducir el disco y al pulsarlo nuevamente se activará el modo PAUSE, esto detendrá la melodía en el punto en que se pulsó esta función. 5. TRACK SKIP (salta de pista) Estos botones sirven para seleccionar la canción que queramos oír. Forward skip (siguiente canción) & Back skip (canción anterior). 6. SEARCH (búsqueda)

Utilice este botón para reproducir la pista de un modo rápido, hacia adelante o hacia atrás. También se puede usar para variar la velocidad de reproducción del sonido. 7. CONTINUE/SINGLE (AUTO CUE) Nos permite cambiar entre el modo de reproducción SINGLE y CONTINUE. Cuando SINGLE/AUTOCUE es seleccionado, se indicará como PLAY 1 en el LCD. El equipo reproducirá una canción y luego se parará. 8. CUE (punto de referencia para reproducción) La función Cue nos permite reproducir el disco desde un punto determinado tantas veces como deseemos. Presione Play/Pause para parar la reproducción, a continuación presione el botón Cue para determinar el punto de comienzo de reproducción. Cada vez que vuelva a presionar Cue la reproducción se retomará desde este punto. Observará que el LED de Cue dejará de centellear cuando presione el botón Cue.

9. JOG DIAL (FWD & REV) This contains two functions: * Speed Control Rotating this dial in Play mode will change playback speed accordingly. Rotate clockwise, the player speed increases; rotate counterclockwise, the speed decreases. * Searching Rotating this dial in Pause mode, the player will forward or backward to the desired point for start. The searching speed changed according to the dialing speed. It can be carried out by 1 frame increment. 10. TIME/OUTRO This button switches the time display between each Remaining time, Elapsed playing time, and Total remaining time; it also switches on and off the OUTRO function. When the display shows OUTRO, the player only plays the last 30 seconds of each track. The unit will be in “stop” mode if you continue to press this button for more than 3 seconds. 11. PITCH This button changes the play speed. Press PITCH button (the PITCH LED is lit) to enable the PITCH CONTROL SLIDER to increase or decrease the playing speed. When the PITCH is off, the speed automatically back to normal. The pitch can be changed up to ±32% by moving the slider up and down. NOTE: (1) The pitch slider will not function if the PITCH LED is off. (2) This pitch button will not have effects on PITCH bend. 12. ±8%, ±16%, ±32% button These 3 buttons can let you choose the PITCH range from ±8%, ±16% up to ±32%. 13. PITCH BEND (+/-) When the CD is playing, the pitch bend function allows the position of the bass beats to be matched after the pitch has been adjusted. The pitch will automatically rise (+8/16/32%) while VR knob is moved up. The pitch will drop (-8/16/32%) while VR knob is moved up and return to the original pitch when the knob is moved center. By changing the pitch in this way the position of the beats can be matched. 14. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER There are 2 selections for playback speed ranges (8%, 16%, 32%) through 11. PITCH BUTTON & 12. 8/16/32% BUTTON. By moving the pitch control slider, you can achieve the playback speed you want between MINMUN (up side) & MAXMUN (down side). 15. NUMBER KEYS (1)0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: You can choose the number keys to pick the track exact track you want to play at any time. The track number will show on LCD. (2)+10: Each press of this button allows the unit to advance 10 tracks. 16. TAP Press this button to get the BPM (beat per minute) value. 17. SEAMLESS LOOP/RELOOP There are A, B/LOOP, RELOOP/EXIT buttons. (1)A ― “start point” (A point) (2)B/LOOP ― “end point” (B point) Press B/LOOP to set end point (B point) and start loop playback automatically. LOOP blinks on LCD. (3)RELOOP/EXIT ― To exit the loop playback, Press RELOOP/EXIT to exit the loop playback. LOOp lights on the LCD. And the playback goes on from B point.
(4)Return RELOOP: Return to the loop playback by pressing RELOOP/EXIT. (5)Change “START POINT” & “END POINT” by pressing A & B/LOOP in play mode. (6)The interval between A and B point must be more than 20 frames, or the B point will be canceled, then Loop function disappear, and LOOP fades on the LCD. 18. CUE When the unit is just POWER ON, CUE1/2/3 Memo are not yet activated and the button LEDs are off. (1)To activate the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode Press Memo key first, then press the CUE1 key to complete the memory setup. The button LED flashes 5 times quickly. CUE1/2/3 keys can be activated the same way. (2)Once the memory is set, press the CUE1/2/3 to return to the setup point. The button LED flashes slowly to indicate it is in playing from the setup point. (3)To reset the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode Press the memo key first, and then press the CUE1 key at your desired point and complete the reset, the button LED flashes 5 times quickly. CUE2/3 can be reset the same way. 19. KEY To maintain the constant tempo, it's not changed while the pitch slider is moving. 20. BRAKE Press this button to change the speed of PAUSE and START. The LCD will display BRAKE after this button is pressed. This sound effect can be performed independently, or in parallel with other effect. 21. SOUND EFFECT SELECT To select the one you need from 4 kinds of sound effects and perform by the turning jog, it makes the change of background music. THERE ARE 4 SOUND EFFECTS. (1)SCRATCH: Move the JOG WHEEL backward and forward like scratching a turntable record. (2)FLANGER: It sounds like the airplane takes off. To turn the jog clockwise, it makes the effect longer. (3)FILTER: There are bass & treble. To turn the jog clockwise, it will cue bass off but keep treble. To turn the jog counter-clockwise, it will cut treble off but keep bass. (4)REVERSE WHEEL: The music is playing backward, dial the JOG WHEEL to change the playing speed as PITCH BEND. (5)Power on the No.1 LED blinks at the same time. BASIC OPERATIONS 1. Loading and ejecting the disc * Press the "OPEN" knob to open the disc compartment door. * Load disc: Correctly place a disc in the center of disc compartment with the label side up not to place more than one disc. * Push the door in to close it. * Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start the playback. 2. Track skip Use the TRACK SKIP control to advance ( ) or reverse ( ) to a desired track. 3. FRAME SEARCH * JOG DIAL In pause mode, dial the jog, the playback will move by frame or frames depending on the speed you dial.
* SEARCH KNOB Press the search control ( or ) in pause mode to move by one frame per press; keep pressing the control, it will move rapidly with sound. 4. PITCH CONTROL KNOB * JOG DIAL In play mode rotate the job clockwise to speed up; rotate counterclockwise to slow down. * PITCH CONTROL KNOB Move the knob toward +16 direction, the playback become fast; move it toward -16 direction, the playback become slow.

Objetos o líquidos se han introducido en el equipo. C. El aparato ha sido expuesto a la lluvia. D. El equipo no parece funcionar o lo hace de modo poco usual. E. EL aparato ha caído al suelo o presenta deterioros en su caja exterior. 16. Mantenimiento. No abra el equipo para labores de mantenimiento pues en este aparato no hay piezas que necesiten manutención. En caso de que abriendo el equipo sea éste dañado o lo sea la persona que lo manipula la empresa no tomará ninguna responsabilidad por este servicio de mantenimiento no autorizado. Además en éste caso la garantía perdería su vigencia. 17. Ventilación. El aparato está provisto de hendiduras de ventilación, es importante no cubrirlas o bloquearlas. 1. OPEN (abrir y cerrar) Presionar este botón para abrir o cerrar la bandeja del disco. 2. COMPARTIMIENTO DE DISCOS Coloque el disco en la bandeja con la etiqueta hacia arriba. 3. L.C.D. (Liquid Crystal Display) El display de cristal líquido nos informa del número de pista, el tiempo (min, seg., “Frames”), el valor del Pitch y además del tipo de reproducción; continua o simple autocue. 4. PLAY/PAUSE Este botón tiene la misma función de un reproductor común de Cd´s. Al presionarlo se empezará a reproducir el disco y al pulsarlo nuevamente se activará el modo PAUSE, esto detendrá la melodía en el punto en que se pulsó esta función. 5. TRACK SKIP (salta de pista) Estos botones sirven para seleccionar la canción que queramos oír. Forward skip (siguiente canción) & Back skip (canción anterior). 6. SEARCH (búsqueda)

Utilice este botón para reproducir la pista de un modo rápido, hacia adelante o hacia atrás. También se puede usar para variar la velocidad de reproducción del sonido. 7. CONTINUE/SINGLE (AUTO CUE) Nos permite cambiar entre el modo de reproducción SINGLE y CONTINUE. Cuando SINGLE/AUTOCUE es seleccionado, se indicará como PLAY 1 en el LCD. El equipo reproducirá una canción y luego se parará. 8. CUE (punto de referencia para reproducción) La función Cue nos permite reproducir el disco desde un punto determinado tantas veces como deseemos. Presione Play/Pause para parar la reproducción, a continuación presione el botón Cue para determinar el punto de comienzo de reproducción. Cada vez que vuelva a presionar Cue la reproducción se retomará desde este punto. Observará que el LED de Cue dejará de centellear cuando presione el botón Cue.

9. JOG DIAL (FWD & REV) This contains two functions: * Speed Control Rotating this dial in Play mode will change playback speed accordingly. Rotate clockwise, the player speed increases; rotate counterclockwise, the speed decreases. * Searching Rotating this dial in Pause mode, the player will forward or backward to the desired point for start. The searching speed changed according to the dialing speed. It can be carried out by 1 frame increment. 10. TIME/OUTRO This button switches the time display between each Remaining time, Elapsed playing time, and Total remaining time; it also switches on and off the OUTRO function. When the display shows OUTRO, the player only plays the last 30 seconds of each track. The unit will be in “stop” mode if you continue to press this button for more than 3 seconds. 11. PITCH This button changes the play speed. Press PITCH button (the PITCH LED is lit) to enable the PITCH CONTROL SLIDER to increase or decrease the playing speed. When the PITCH is off, the speed automatically back to normal. The pitch can be changed up to ±32% by moving the slider up and down. NOTE: (1) The pitch slider will not function if the PITCH LED is off. (2) This pitch button will not have effects on PITCH bend. 12. ±8%, ±16%, ±32% button These 3 buttons can let you choose the PITCH range from ±8%, ±16% up to ±32%. 13. PITCH BEND (+/-) When the CD is playing, the pitch bend function allows the position of the bass beats to be matched after the pitch has been adjusted. The pitch will automatically rise (+8/16/32%) while VR knob is moved up. The pitch will drop (-8/16/32%) while VR knob is moved up and return to the original pitch when the knob is moved center. By changing the pitch in this way the position of the beats can be matched. 14. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER There are 2 selections for playback speed ranges (8%, 16%, 32%) through 11. PITCH BUTTON & 12. 8/16/32% BUTTON. By moving the pitch control slider, you can achieve the playback speed you want between MINMUN (up side) & MAXMUN (down side). 15. NUMBER KEYS (1)0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: You can choose the number keys to pick the track exact track you want to play at any time. The track number will show on LCD. (2)+10: Each press of this button allows the unit to advance 10 tracks. 16. TAP Press this button to get the BPM (beat per minute) value. 17. SEAMLESS LOOP/RELOOP There are A, B/LOOP, RELOOP/EXIT buttons. (1)A ― “start point” (A point) (2)B/LOOP ― “end point” (B point) Press B/LOOP to set end point (B point) and start loop playback automatically. LOOP blinks on LCD. (3)RELOOP/EXIT ― To exit the loop playback, Press RELOOP/EXIT to exit the loop playback. LOOp lights on the LCD. And the playback goes on from B point.
(4)Return RELOOP: Return to the loop playback by pressing RELOOP/EXIT. (5)Change “START POINT” & “END POINT” by pressing A & B/LOOP in play mode. (6)The interval between A and B point must be more than 20 frames, or the B point will be canceled, then Loop function disappear, and LOOP fades on the LCD. 18. CUE When the unit is just POWER ON, CUE1/2/3 Memo are not yet activated and the button LEDs are off. (1)To activate the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode Press Memo key first, then press the CUE1 key to complete the memory setup. The button LED flashes 5 times quickly. CUE1/2/3 keys can be activated the same way. (2)Once the memory is set, press the CUE1/2/3 to return to the setup point. The button LED flashes slowly to indicate it is in playing from the setup point. (3)To reset the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode Press the memo key first, and then press the CUE1 key at your desired point and complete the reset, the button LED flashes 5 times quickly. CUE2/3 can be reset the same way. 19. KEY To maintain the constant tempo, it's not changed while the pitch slider is moving. 20. BRAKE Press this button to change the speed of PAUSE and START. The LCD will display BRAKE after this button is pressed. This sound effect can be performed independently, or in parallel with other effect. 21. SOUND EFFECT SELECT To select the one you need from 4 kinds of sound effects and perform by the turning jog, it makes the change of background music. THERE ARE 4 SOUND EFFECTS. (1)SCRATCH: Move the JOG WHEEL backward and forward like scratching a turntable record. (2)FLANGER: It sounds like the airplane takes off. To turn the jog clockwise, it makes the effect longer. (3)FILTER: There are bass & treble. To turn the jog clockwise, it will cue bass off but keep treble. To turn the jog counter-clockwise, it will cut treble off but keep bass. (4)REVERSE WHEEL: The music is playing backward, dial the JOG WHEEL to change the playing speed as PITCH BEND. (5)Power on the No.1 LED blinks at the same time. (6)Press the SELECT button, the blinking LED will move in order (1-2-3-4) to the desired effect. (7)Press the ON/OFF button to light the blinking LED and activate the sound effect. position of a playing. It also can be used for changing the sound speed. 7. CONTINUE/SINGLE (AUTO CUE) Press this button to switch between the SINGLE and CONTINUE play modes. When SINGLE/AUTOCUE mode is selected, it indicates as PLAY 1 on the LCD. After each track, it enables the unit to pause at the beginning sound of the next track. 8. CUE The CUE function allows the CD to be played from a setup point any number of times. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause a playing song, then press the CUE button to set up a position where the play can be returned after the CUE button is hit again. The CUE LED will stop flashing from the time the CUE button is pressed.

9. JOG DIAL (FWD & REV) Contiene dos funciones: * Control de velocidad En modo reproduccion, al rotar el dial (rueda) variamos la velocidad de reproduccion. Al girar en sentido horario la incrementamos, al girar en sentido anti horario la disminuimos. * Busqueda En modo Pausa, podemos hallar con precision el punto de comienzo de la reproduccion girando adelante y atras la rueda. La velocidad con la que giremos la rueda determina la velocidad de busqueda. 10. TIME/OUTRO Este boton nos permite seleccionar entre diversos modos de lectura; tiempo restante de reproduccion, tiempo reproducido y tiempo total de reproduccion del disco; ademas activa y desactiva la funcion OUTRO. Cuando el display muestra la palabra OUTRO se reproducen los ultimos 30 segundos de cada pista. Al presiona el boton unos 3 segundos desactivaremos la funcion OUTRO. 11. PITCH (porcentaje de variacion en la velocidad de reproduccion) Activa la funcion Pitch. Para activar el deslizador Pitch (14) presione el boton Pitch (se ilumina el LED correspondiente). Desplazando el deslizador (14) aceleramos o ralentizamos la reproduccion. Al desactivar Pitch la velocidad de reproduccion vuelve automaticamente al valor normal . El valor de Pitch podra ser variado entre ±32%. NOTA: (1) Cuando el LED de Pitch este apagado el deslizador no tendra efecto. (2) El boton Pitch no tiene efecto sobre la funcion Pitch Bend. 12. CONTROLES ±8%, ±16%, ±32% Estos tres botones nos permiten escoger entre un rango de Pitch desde ±8%, ±16% hasta ±32%. 13. PITCH BEND +/- (variacion instantanea de Pitch) En modo reproduccion, los botones Pitch Bend nos permiten variar la velocidad de forma instantanea para poder sincronizar los Beat de dos pistas una vez el valor de Pitch ha sido ajustado. 14. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER (deslizador de control de Pitch) Disponemos de un selector (12) para variar el rango de variacion de la velocidad de reproduccion entre (+8/16/32%) . Al desplazar el fader deslizante de Pitch (14) el valor de este variara dentro del rango elegido; (+8/16/32%) al desplazar hacia arriba y (-8/16/32%) al desplazar hacia abajo. La variacion del Pitch nos permite igualar la velocidad de reproduccion de las dos pistas que queremos mezclar. 15. NUMBER KEYS (botones de acceso directo a pistas) (1) 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: permite situarnos y reproducer inmediatamente la pista escogida al presionar el boton correspondiente. Este aparece en el L.C.D. (2)+10: Al presionar este boton avanzamos de 10 en 10 pistas. 16. TAP Nos permite determinar manualmente el valor de Beats por minuto (BPM). Para ello debemos presionar el boton en sincronia con el Beat que escuchamos. 17. SEAMLESS LOOP/RELOOP (bucle sin fin) Disponemos de los controles A, B/LOOP, RELOOP/EXIT. (1) A ― “punto de inicio” (punto A) (2) B/LOOP ― “punto de fin de bucle” (punto B), al presionar B/LOOP hemos cerrado el bucle y este entra en reproduccion automatica. En el L.C.D. la palabra LOOP centelleara. (3) RELOOP/EXIT ― Para salir del bucle presione RELOOP/EXIT. La palabra LOOP se iluminara en el L.C.D y la reproduccion continuara normalmente desde el punto B. (4)RELOOP: Al presionar RELOOP/EXIT volvemos inmediatamente a la reproduccion continua del Loop (o bucle) establecido. (5) Durante la reproduccion, presionando A & B/LOOP podemos modificar los puntos de inicio A y final de bucle B. (6) El intervalo entre los puntos A y B debe ser mayor que 20 “frames” (pequenos trozos de la pista) o el punto B sera cancelado y la funcion
LOOP se desactivara. La palabra LOOP desaparecera del L.C.D. 18. MEMORIAS CUE1/2/3 Inmediatamente despues de encender el equipo, las memorias CUE1/2/3 no estan activadas y los LEDs correspondientes estaran apagados. (1) Para activar CUE 1, estando en Pausa o Reproduccion, debemos primero presionar MEMO y a continuacion CUE 1 para completar la memorizacion del punto. El LED centelleara rapidamente 5 veces. Para memorizar los demas puntos Cue se repite la operacion. (2) Una vez hemos memorizado los puntos Cue podremos volver a ellos simplemente presionando CUE1/2/3. El LED correspondiente parpadeara lentamente indicandonos que la reproduccion se reinicia desde este punto memorizado. (3) Para determinar un nuevo punto CUE 1, tanto si estamos en Pausa o Reproduccion, debemos presionar primero MEMO y a continuacion presionar CUE 1 en el momento o punto deseado, el LED parpadeara 5 veces y habremos completado la memorizacion del nuevo punto CUE 1. Lo mismo vale para los demas puntos Cue (2 y 3). 19. KEY (master tempo): Se utiliza para que al cambiar la velocidad de reproduccion mediante el Pitch la musica mantenga sus notas originales. 20. BRAKE (freno): Este control nos permite variar la velocidad de arranque y parada (PAUSE y START). En el display aparecera la palabra BRAKE al presionar el boton. Este efecto de sonido puede aplicarse independientemente o paralelamente a los demas efectos. 21. SOUND EFFECT SELECT (seleccion de efectos) Disponemos de 4 efectos que con ayuda del JOG (rueda) modificaran la musica reproducida. Los distintos efectos se seleccionan actuando sobre el boton SELECT. (1)SCRATCH: Primero seleccione el efecto. A continuacion mueva la rueda hacia adelante y atras como si se tratara de un vinilo para producir el efecto. (2)FLANGER: Primero seleccione el efecto. Este efecto es un tipo de filtro modulado que suena como un avion despegando. Al girar la rueda en sentido horario prolongamos el efecto. (3)FILTER (filtro): Primero seleccione el efecto. Podemos anular las bajas (Bass) o altas (Treble) frecuencias. Al girar le rueda en sentido horario anulamos las bajas frecuencias y al girarla en sentido anti horario anulamos la altas frecuencias. (4)REVERSE WHEEL (reproduccion invertida): Primero seleccione el efecto. La musica se reproduce en sentido inverso. Utilice la rueda o el Pitch Bend para variar la velocidad de reproduccion. Procedimiento: a)Encienda el equipo, el LED n?1centelleara b)Para escoger el efecto presione SELECT repetidamente hasta que se ilumine el LED del efecto que desea utilizar. c)Presione el boton ON/OFF para activar el efecto. d)Utilice la rueda para modificar el parametro del efecto aplicado. Vuelva a presionar ON/OFF para desactivar el efecto. 22. SOUND EFFECT ON/OFF (activar/desactivar efectos) Activa y desactiva los efectos. Mientras un efecto este activo se iluminara el LED correspondiente y al desactivarlo parpadeara. 23. RELAY (reproduccion alternada entre dos unidades CDSFX) Presione el boton RELAY para activar la funcion. Cuando una unidad este en modo Reproduccion la otra permanecera en modo Pausa. Al pausar la unidad en reproduccion la otra unidad comenzara la reproduccion inmediatamente, el LED del boton parpadeara.

4. AC POWER CORD (conexion a red) Conectar a la toma de corriente. 5. POWER SWITCH (conmutador de puesta en marcha/parada) Presione una vez para poner el equipo en marcha y vuelva a presionar para apagarlo. 6. OPERACIONES BÁSICAS 1. Carga y extracción de discos * Presione "OPEN" para abrir el compartimento del disco. * Coloque el disco: posicionelo en el centro del compartimento con la etiqueta hacia arriba. * Presione la tapa para cerrar el compartimento del disco. * Presione PLAY/PAUSE para comenzar la reproducción. 2. Salto a otra pista del disco Utilice los botones TRACK SKIP para avanzar ( ) o retroceder ( ) a la pista deseada. 3. FRAME SEARCH (búsqueda por “frames”) * JOG DIAL (rueda) En modo Pausa, utilice la rueda, la reproducción avanzará o retrocederá “trocito a trocito” (frame) en función de la velocidad con
la que se manipula la rueda. * SEARCH KNOB (búsqueda) Presione el control SEARCH ( o ) en modo Pausa para avanzar o retroceder un “frame” (trozito) por cada pulsación; si mantiene presionado el control reproduciremos los “frames” con sonido. 4. PITCH CONTROL KNOB (control del Pitch) * JOG DIAL (rueda) En modo PLAY podemos variar la velocidad de reproducción hacia adelante o hacia atrás según el sentido en el que giremos la rueda. * PITCH CONTROL KNOB (fader de control de Pitch) Muévalo hacia +16, la reproducción se acelerará. Muévalo hacia -16, la reproducción se desacelerará.
