Order before new prices are in effect. Even though the shipment can be later, and payment terms delayed, the invoice reflects the prices in effect on the date of the order.

Annual Parts Stock Order Program Excluding GOLD'N CUT parts. STOCK ORDER PROGRAM: The Parts Stock Order Program is available year-round with any parts order of $2,000 (list price) or more. All qualifying orders will receive an additional 10% program discount. SHIP DATES: At the time of placing your parts stock order, specify your desired ship date. All orders require a minimum lead time of 90 calendar days from order to ship date. FREIGHT: Free freight is available on Parts Stock Orders. CANCELLATIONS, ADD-ONS & CHANGES: Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Add-ons will be accepted provided there are more than 90 days between order date and ship date. Changing the ship date of a line item to less than 90 days will result in the item being removed from the Parts Stock Order, and being entered as a normal parts order, including standard discounts and terms. BUY BACK: Dealer can return 50% of dollar value purchased under this program and the restocking fee will be waived. Returns must be pre-approved and parts information must include a Crary invoice number indicating purchase date and payment amount. Electrical components and parts that have been installed or are in any way not re-saleable are not returnable. Any parts repurchased that exceed 50% of the total dollar value purchased will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
