June – July 2008 • Survivor (season 17 – Gabon – CBS TV) Audio Mixer on the American Survivor, produced by Mark Burnett for CBS Television, U.S.A. Season 17 was filmed in Gabon, Africa. May 2008 • Fear Factor (reality show) HOD Sound on the Indian Fear Factor – which was filmed on location in and around Johannesburg, South Africa. The contestants were 13 of Bollywood’s most popular female actresses. Facilitated and co-produced by Endemol SA. April 2008 • ESPN (documentary – E:60) Shot on location in Liberia for the American Sports Channel: ESPN. A story about handicapped victims of war (Sierra Leone and Liberian Civil Wars), who have found purpose through the game of football. The African Cup of Nations for handicapped footballers was held and Liberia emerged as the Cup Winners.

February – April 2007 • Lion King (reality series) Supervising Sound Mixer on the behind-the-scenes documentary of the Lion King stage production, for SABC. The Lion King stage play has featured in some of the most prestigious theatres around the world, from Broadway to London and Paris. The SABC documentary heralded the coming of the show to South Africa and welcomed the directors from Walt Disney Enterprises who divulged their knowledge to a proudly South African cast. May 2006 • Diamonds and Destiny (Short Feature) Supervised and operated audio for this High Definition mini feature, recorded in true stereo and ultimately mastered in 5.1 Dolby Surround. Diamonds and Destiny is a narrative docu-drama set in the late 1890’s, about the Great South African diamond rush. April 2006 • Swan Lake (Orchestral Ballet) Supervised and operated audio for a recorded performance of this internationally acclaimed ballet. The State Orchestra performed Swan Lake, Tchaikovsky’s classical masterpiece, live. Recorded in True Stereo. March – April 2006 • Vlok and Fordyce on the Run (reality / sport series) Audio mixer for the reality show: Vlok and Fordyce on the Run, starring David Vlok (Egoli) and Bruce Fordyce (9 times Comrades Marathon Gold Medalist). Supersport channel on DSTV. The program is about the pair and their ten-year long running partnership, intertwined with their participation in races across South Africa. October – December 2005 • Survivor (season 12 – The Pearl Islands) th Audio mixer for the 12 season of the American Survivor, produced by Mark Burnett for CBS Television, U.S.A. Season 12 was filmed at the uninhabited Pearl Islands in Panama and is titled: “Exile Island”. June – August 2005 • Survivor (season 11 – Guatemala) th Audio mixer for the 11 season of the American Survivor, produced by Mark Burnett for CBS Television, U.S.A. Season 11 was filmed in the wild, hostile jungles of Guatemala. April – June 2005 • The Apprentice (reality series) Audio mixer for the South African reality version of the franchise owned by Mark Burnett: The Apprentice. The show was produced by Fremantle Media, for SABC 3. 16 South Africans were chosen for the “job interview” and only one would become The Apprentice under Tokyo Sexwale.
