Storing, Handling & Application We recommend that all tapes are stored at as close as possible to normal room temperature ie +10°C to +25°C. Care should be taken that rolls are not stored on edges or curved sides & that rolls are kept clear of water and sun - this especially applies to Double Sided.

ORDER POLICY Stand Alone Orders All orders ‘phoned, faxed or emailed will be processed as STAND ALONE orders, so it is impor tant that prior to placing orders, you consider if you wish to add any fur ther top up items. This is important as we will NOT be adding on extra lines to orders after initial order is placed -this could impact on your freight cost.

Minimum Order Values Any Orders placed under a value of $60 (after discount & before GST) will have a minimum charge of the difference added to make up to the $60 and if applicable, freight charges as below will also apply. When placing Orders: Ensure that all orders are appended with clear and precise information if goods are not to be shipped on our carrier. Even if freight costs are not included on your order, where applicable, they will be charged. Placement of an order is deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions of supply. It is the responsibility of the Distributor to consolidate orders prior to placement with Schaffer & Co. and determine their priority/urgency of need. Freight charges can be avoided simply by consolidating orders.

DELIVERIES VICTORIAN DISTRIBUTORS Metro Zone 1 Deliveries Orders with a nett (after discount and before GST) value of $200 or more: FIS to YOUR STORE FIS to YOUR CUSTOMERS’ - we will send on plain delivery dockets on your behalf. Orders with a nett (after discount and before GST) value of less than $200: YOUR STORE/YOUR CUSTOMER We will dispatch these orders but will charge a Freight Fee of $15.00

Other Victorian Deliveries Orders with a nett (after discount and before GST) value of $300 or more: FIS to YOUR STORE FIS to YOUR CUSTOMERS’ - we will send on plain delivery dockets on your behalf. Orders with a nett (after discount and before GST) value of less than $300: YOUR STORE/YOUR CUSTOMER - we will dispatch these orders but will charge a Freight Fee of $25.00.

Pick Ups These can be arranged to save on freight costs although Minimum Order Values still apply. When placing an order which will be picked up, it is important to specify who will be picking up and WHEN: a) Distributor’s Sales Rep - advise who. b) Distributor’s own transport - advise c) Distributor’s nominated carrier - please specify carrier name. (Advise if order is going direct to a customer, or back to distributor as this will determine what paperwork will go with goods) d) Your customer’s carrier - please specify carrier’s name and customer’s name e) Your customer will pick up - please specify customer name ** If you do NOT specify goods are to be picked up then goods will be despatched as soon as they are ready by our normal carrier.

Interstate Deliveries All Interstate deliveries made on behalf of a Victorian distributor will incur a freight cost which will be charged per our cost from Startrack Express.

Airbags These are available for sending to Capital and other cities covered by Startrack Courier Bags, and for each airbag of 5Kg a cost of $25 per bag applies. Note: Purchase Orders should clearly identify that Airbag usage is required.
