SHELF LIFE:

Please see page 6 for Product Packaging Outline Recommended temperature range and humidity: 15-21º Celsius at 20-50 % relative humidity. Store in odor free area, out of sunlight and away from walls and off of the floor. Avoid storage in high moisture areas. Keep in a clean and well maintained warehouse. Coconut has a best before of one year past production when stored in recommended storage conditions. A slight discoloration may occur after 5 months. This does not affect the wholesome quality of the product. When the product is stored between temperatures of 25-32ºC the coconut has a best before of 5 months.
