Under no circumstances should abrasive or chemical cleaning agents be used. For stainless steel radiators, we recommend the use of a special cleaner for stainless steel (included when ordering). Radiators to be used in challenging environments (swimming pools, sauna), we recommend only radiators from stainless steel coated with a special protective layer of ceramic paint.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our radiators, or towel rails, are used for heating bathrooms, corridors, toilets, kitchens, gyms, etc. They are manufactured and tested according to EN 442-1. They are designed for central heating systems or can be used in a closed system during summer months in a combination heating arrangement with an optional electric heating element. They are designed and built for water with a maximum working temperature of 110 °C with either pumped or gravity circulation with a maximum working pressure up to 0.6 MPa. The connecting threads are G 1/2“ for standard heating pipe connections. Accessories are available including valves, electric heating rod of heat output from 150 to 800 W and separate towel hangers.

COMPLAINTS The buyer is obliged to visually check the delivered goods without undue delay and notify the Seller of any defects identified. In the event of accepted claims, the Seller will replace the goods. Please complete the complaint procedure which can downloaded from our website www.pmh-co.eu Your standard warranty conditions are not affected. RETURNED GOODS The conditions for returning goods must be approved by the supplier. Goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Transport costs must be met in the first instance paid by the purchaser. Customer will be charged a cancellation fee associated with the handling, control, and rewrapping the radiator to the amount of 10% of the retail price. WARRANTY The warranty covers manufacturing defects and leakage, subject to professional installation. Warranty – Radiators – 5 years. Electrical heating rods and valves – 2 years In the event of use of non-recommended heating elements (see list of recommended elements in our catalogue or on our website) the 2-year warranty on heating elements is not valid.

CLIP Clip is a unique radiator which brings luxury, clean design and elegance to any Location. This radiator can be placed in a vertical or horizontal position. We offer CLIP in either chrome plated or black (colour - komaxit) surface. Clip can be connected only to the current central heating system (not suitable for combined or electric heating).

The back of the radiator is a simple white coated tube layout, the front is a removable steel panel fitted with magnets, which extends around the edges and completely covers the backing radiator. RA-URX



Danfoss RA-URX set consists of valve RA-URX with pre-set function which should be installed on the return, RLV-X lockshield of closing and adjustment and thermostatic head RAX. The sets are available in white, chrome or stainless steel finish and right or left version according to the thermostatic head position. The set is suitable for connecting heating rails with inner thread G1/2”. It is not recommended to use together in combination with a heating element.

Solid walls of 13 mm thickness are fitted with U-shaped anodized aluminium sections and are connected horizontally at the top with an elegant crossbar reinforcement section.
