Sandwich panels The BALEXTHERM sandwich panels constitute a compatible system. This provides the capability of joining the BALEXTHERM-PU polyurethane core sandwich panels with the BALEXTHERM-MW mineral wool sandwich panels with the same core thickness. There are following panel types available: →→

Our offer is supplemented with expanded polystyrene core panels: wall - PWS and roof - PWD.

Construction trapezoidal sheets Structural sheets have high load bearing capacity. There are following profiles available: BTR 50, BTR 60, BTR 85, BTR 93, BTR 135, BTR 153, BTR 160. A special kind of perforation is used to improve acoustic properties. On the Customer’s request, the DR!PSTOP anti-condensation coating is applied to the internal sheet surface to absorb moisture and prevent condensation inside the building. Wall cassettes, serving as a mineral wool insulating structure of a building, are a modification of structural trapezoids.

Façades Façade cladding cassettes (new) are particularly recommended for representative buildings. This is an elegant and modern product with full range of flashings. It is manufactured in standard colours of organic and non-organic coatings, as well as in any RAL palette colours applied with the powder coating technique. Wall panels are proved solutions for both interior and exterior façades. Our façade product offer is supplemented by steel frame with proprietary solutions. The frame is applied as a substructure for any sheet façades.

ZET halls A patented solution for modular steel structure allowing for very quick and easy hall assembly. The product is available for various snow and wind zones. BALEX METAL delivers design in the price.

Cold bent profiles The ZET, Sigma and C profiles are structural elements of buildings, where non-standard flashings formed on bending machines are used in façades and roofs of diverse materials.
