Statement of Quality Assurance Weeks & Leo Co., Inc. of Des Moines, IA has been providing private label over-the-counter (OTC) drugs to pharmacies and health care providers for over 70 years. These products are manufactured to Weeks & Leo’s highest standards using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). All products are analyzed in the industry’s finest laboratories conforming to the exacting criteria of the United States Pharmacopeia/National Formulary (USP/NF). Weeks & Leo Co., Inc. has also been supplying a wide variety of private label dietary supplements for more than 50 years. The dietary supplements are repackaged in our facility using the same procedures as for OTC drugs. Our products have the finest quality ingredients approved for food use and are formulated to provide a minimum of 100% potency of each dietary ingredient. Weeks & Leo Co., Inc. has a long (over 100 years) history of manufacturing personal care products. Each batch is meticulously produced using superior ingredients and is tested in our laboratory to ensure quality is not compromised. We introduced many new products in 2006 – Ranitidine 75 mg, Guaifenesin 400 mg with DM 10 mg, Phenylephrine 10 mg, Sinutrol PE, Congest-Eze PE, OcuPro Vision, Homocysteine Balance, FlexPro Plus, CoQ10 200 mg etc. to name a few. 5) New Packaging – to comply with regulations and to position your name better. Responding to federal law to curb the methamphetamine problem in our country, we changed the packaging of all our products containing pseudoephedrine to blister packaging. We introduced new box designs where your name could show more prominently in the front. 6) New Sales Programs – to help invigorate your sales volume. We are instituting monthly sales programs such as extra pills per bottle, floor displays, counter displays and other marketing initiatives to boost your sales. 7) New Pricing Program – to offer you a competitive and simple pricing structure. Weeks & Leo introduced new pricing structure starting July 2006 that has been received by our customers with resounding and unanimous approval. Now there are no cumbersome discount schedules, no minimum order requirements, lower minimums per item, more competitive prices and simpler payment terms. 8) New Vitamin Dating Program – to offer you vitamin products with expiration dates as demanded by the market. 9) New Work Culture – to serve you with faster order fulfillment and higher quality products. The new work culture at Weeks & Leo places greater emphasis on our customer service.
