Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend and are forced to cancel or transfer your registration, we will give a full refund if you cancel within one week of the date you register for the conference. Cancellations or transfers made after one week from your registration date are non-refundable; however, they may be credited toward a future MER registration, minus a nonrefundable $50 fee. The credit expires one year from the date of cancellation. Credits applied to a future meeting are non‑refundable. If you are unable to attend the program you registered for, and you do not notify MER by one week before the course start date, your entire registration fee will be non-refundable.
Disclaimer
A portion of your room rate will be applied to offset the cost of the food and beverage served during the meeting to participants only. This includes daily breakfast and morning coffee breaks during meeting hours for registered attendees.
