Definitions Ice Cream Our distinctive artisan ice creams are produced from the highest quality ingredients. We use certified biodynamic fresh full cream milk, thickened cream & egg yolk. We endeavour to introduce certified organic ingredients such as: vanilla beans, honey & cocoa. Our artisan ice creams are produced with a balanced flavour profile exclusively suited to the food service industry. Sorbet Our artisan sorbets are dairy free! We endeavour to source fresh & locally grown fruit & vegetables to create natural sorbets that are pure & refreshing on the palate. Our artisan sorbets are stable & exceptionally smooth in texture.

Savoury Sorbets Our Savoury Sorbets excite all the senses when served as an aperitif or as a palate cleanser. We balance the natural sweetness & acidity derived from fruits & vegetables & blend these with savoury elements such as sea salt, herbs & spices to create a refreshing & clean savoury sorbet. A perfect accompaniment to any savoury dish. Frozen yoghurt Our product consists of fresh yoghurt, live A & B cultures. It is free of artificial colours or flavours. Fresh fruit can also be incorporated resulting in a healthy dessert option. Dairy free We can produce dairy, wheat and gluten free products. Utilizing ingredients such as soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk or coconut cream.

Gelato Our Gelato is milk based with no egg & less cream, a lighter style of Ice Cream. Ingredients of your choice can be incorporated into our Gelato recipes. Alcohol based Ice Cream/Sorbets This outstanding category is crafted with an unrivalled sense of detail & technique to achieve an exceptional & sophisticated product. Our alcohol based Ice Creams & Sorbets truly reflect the unique & individual characteristics of the Beer, Cider, Liqueur or Wine product. Please note, due to seasonal variances, some products may not be available. This will be communicated to the client & a substitute flavour will be offered. 4. 13. Storage: Product must be stored immediately in facilities no less that -18 degrees celcius.

Client must allow 3 days lead time for sourcing ingredients & product maturation. All products exceeding $100.00 per 5 litre will require a client confirmation before proceeding. 14. Damaged/Spoilt Products Policy: Ricketts Point Fine Foods P/L requires notification of stock returns within 24 hours. Credits will only be issued once the damaged /spoilt product has been returned to our facilities & the claim assessed. Credits will not be issued if the product was not stored correctly or deemed unsalable.
