As a client, you have exclusive, direct, good and marketable legal title to the gold and silver you own as verified by your Clear Title. You enjoy the right to sell or to take delivery of your bullion at any time.

Gold is the only reserve asset that is no other party’s obligation or liability. Unlike currency, the value of gold can neither be affected by the economic policies of the issuing sovereignty nor devalued by inflation or deflation within that sovereignty. Gold has an unmatched record of maintaining its real value over the centuries. Direct ownership of physical bullion does not rely on another party’s future ability to pay. The lack of counter-party risk is an important feature to owning physical bullion as opposed to typical wealth diversifiers like stocks, T-bills or bonds.

Our Secure International Vaults We offer you the flexibility to store bullion in one or more vaults, each maintaining the highest security credentials inside or outside of the country in which you reside. Your precious metals are always stored in a LBMA/COMEX certified vault. To ensure proper custodial storage, each bar and coin in the vault is unique and identified as belonging to a specific owner. Every bullion bar you own has four specific qualities and the bullion you own is recorded in our registry by these distinct characteristics. Your coins are identified by government mint and number.

Simplified Fees Our Clear Title Program clients incur an annual Administrative Services Fee of 3/4 of one percent of the market value of your gold bullion holdings (.0075 x Value of Gold Bullion) and 7/8 of one percent of the market value of your silver bullion holdings (.00875 x Value of Silver Bullion). Our annual fee is billed on a quarterly basis and covers all of the services and features of the Clear Title Program including ~

Administrative Services and Reporting

Security We ensure the security of your bullion holdings by utilizing BDO International as external auditors. BDO International performs a quarterly physical inventory of your gold and silver and certifies that your precious metals are physically present in our Vault Facility. The results are sent directly to you in the form of an individual account audit report. As an additional measure of security and verification of the Clear Title Program, each vault facility issues a monthly report to Strategic Gold recording bars that have been added or removed from the vault and providing a complete audit trail of all holdings. Strategic Gold issues quarterly account statements that reflect your account activity and holdings, as well as detailing your initial purchase price and current valuations.
