Arizona Law requires all alcohol to be purchased and supplied by the resort and all service of alcohol must conclude at 2:00am. LIGHTING Please note that all outdoor locations will require additional lighting. Please contact your catering manager to discuss various lighting options for indoor and outdoor venues.

LABOR CHARGES Bartender Fee: $125 per bartender for the first 3 hours and $35 per hour after. (1) Bartender per every 100 guests Cashier Fee: $35 per hour for Cash Bars Chef Attendant Fee: $125 per chef attendant for Stations requiring a chef. (1) Chef per every 100 Guests Labor Fee: $150 for Guest Attendance under 25 guests SERVICE CHARGES A taxable 23% service charge will be added to all charges. Cash Bar prices are inclusive.

BILLING All social events must be prepaid prior to the event date. A credit card authorization will be collected and remain on file for any additional charges through the duration of the event. FINAL GUARANTEES Final guest count guarantees are required 72 Hour in advance from your event date. If guarantees are not given, the Boulders will base your final meal count on the last estimate given. If actual attendance falls below the guarantee, the host remains responsible for the guaranteed amount. If actual attendance is larger than the guarantee, the host will be charged for actual number of attendees. DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS Any requested deposits will be credited towards the total cost of the event. In the case the event is cancelled your deposits will be nonrefundable. Any event cancellation will be subject to cancellation fees. WEDDING COORDINATION The Boulders Resort highly recommends hiring a resort approved, professional wedding coordinator to assist you with all the planning and details outside of the resort.
