Business Diversity Overview
Business Diversity Programs – valuable consideration in the awarding of Airport contracts Objective: Ensure full and fair access to contract opportunities for all businesses and in particular for D/M/WBE businesses D/M/WBE Evaluation Criteria - must be met for a proposal to be reviewed and considered by selection committee Responsive – Proposal compliant with requirements; further consideration by Selection Committee Non-Responsive – Proposal fails to meet the requirements; no further consideration by the Selection Committee
Team Selection DFW Airport encourages diversity in terms of business disciplines as well as ethnicity and gender among proposing teams. A Prime cannot require a DBE or M/WBE partner to enter into an exclusive arrangement for purposes of submitting its proposal 25
Pre-Solicitation Meet and Greet Forum – July 29, 2015

Good Faith Efforts (GFE)
Proposers that are non-certified firms must meet the applicable goals or demonstrate good faith efforts to achieve the goals
A GFE Plan is not a checklist!
Proposers are required to meet ALL factors outlined and provide support documentation. Factors should not be considered as a template, checklist or some quantitative formula. Submitting the form without support documentation, as a GFE, will automatically deem the Proposer nonresponsive.
Pre-Solicitation Meet and Greet Forum – July 29, 2015
