Accommodation Limited number rooms for all the participants of the meeting have been pre-reserved at different hotels on “first come, first served” basis for one or two nights (night of 29 and/or 30 September 2015). Participants will have to book directly with the hotel using the booking forms, which will be made available once you are logged into the conference accreditation system. Please note that the availability and special rates at some hotels cannot be guaranteed beyond 11th August 2015. The Luxembourg Presidency therefore strongly recommends that you book your hotel room before this date. N.B. Due to several Presidency events taking place on the same dates in Luxembourg, there are limited accommodation options. If you do not confirm your reservation by the 11th August, there is a risk that the hotels in Luxembourg City will be fully booked or that the only rooms available will be sold at a much higher price than the special Presidency rate. Should you have any queries regarding accommodation, please do not hesitate to contact the

conference team, preferably via email at [email protected] V.

Catering A lunch buffet will be offered at the premises of the conference.
