BETA Transformer Company was established in Adana Hacý Sabancý Organised Industry Zone, Turkey. Beta manufacturing plant is occupying 12000 squaremeters floor which is approximately 6000 squaremeters covered facility. Our products are manufactured in accordance with TS 267 IEC 60076 standard. Our products are certified with TSE standard conformity ISO 9001: 2008 quality system and environmental management system ISO 14001 .

BETA Transformatör Fabrikasý Adana Hacý Sabancý Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde kurulmuþtur. 2 2 6000 m kapalý olmak üzere 12000 m alanda hizmet vermektedir. Ürünlerimiz TS 267 ve IEC 60076 standartlarýna uygun olarak üretilmektedir. Ýmalatlarýmýz TSE standart uygunluk ISO 9001:2008 kalite sistem ve ISO 14001 çevre yönetim sistemi sertifikalarýyla belgelendirilmiþtir. FABRÝKAMIZIN FAALÝYET ALANLARI

Our standard products are 10 Kva to 25 MVA oilcooling (ONAN-ONAF-HERMETIC) and dry type Transformers. Standard Primary Voltages (SPV) are 6.3 kV, 10 kV, 11 kV, 15 kV, 20 kV, 33 kV, 34.5 kV, 36 kV. These Transformers are manufactured with off-load and onload automatic tap changer, which are usually 3,5,6,7,11,13,15 and 18 steps voltage ranges. Primary and secondary voltages are designed according to our customers needs. Special order requested Transformers can be designed by our R&D Department and manufactured.

1-) Güç transformatörleri 2-) Daðýtým transformatörleri 3-) Transformatör bakým ve onarým 4-) Özel tip transformatörler 5-) Kuru tip transformatörler Standart üretimimiz 10 kVA - 25 MVA güçlerinde yað soðutmalý ( ONAN - ONAF - HERMETÝK ) ve kuru tip transformatörlerdir. Standart imalatýmýz primer gerilimi 6,3 kV, 10 kV, 11 kV, 15 kV, 20 kV, 33 kV, 34,5 kV, 36 kV’dir. Bu transformatörler boþta ve yükte otomatik kademe deðiþtiricili olarak imal edilir. Kademelerin adým aralýðý ve baþlangýç - bitiþ deðeleri isteðe göre dizayn edilebilir. Ayrýca özel sipariþ olarak istenilen trafolar AR-GE departmanýmýz tarafýndan dizayn edilip imalatý yapýlabilmektedir.

Winding This part which is known as winding contains two main parts : 1-) LV WINDIGS : This Windings which is of various sizes are made of copper folio windings and are flat copper with technological developments from time to time. Copper or Alluminium materials which are folded windings, are connected with AG bushings directly . 2-) HV WINDINGS : HV winding is an AG winding which are folded and made by circulated, isolated wire between 0,3 mm to 3,00 mm sizes according to Transformer's power and voltage. Miscellaneous isolation materials are set out amongst these floors and provides isolation and cooling. Tap changer connectivity rods are taken out from suitable point of this winding to break part of the winding with the help of the tap changer.

Bobin BOBÝN YADA SARGI ADIYLA BÝLÝNEN BU BÖLÜM 2 ANA PARÇADAN OLUÞUR 1-) AG SARGI : Çeþitli ebatlarda bakýrdan oluþan bu sargý teknolojik geliþmelerle beraber zaman zaman yassý bakýr ve folyo sargýdan oluþturulmaktadýr. Katlý olarak sarýlmýþ olan bakýr veya alüminyum malzeme direkt olarak AG buþingleri ile baðlantýlýdýr, trafo çýkýþ gerilimi ve gücü bu sargýlardan oluþur. 2-) YG SARGI : Trafonun gücünü ve gerilimine 0,3 mm - 3,00 mm arasýnda yuvarlak yalýtýlmýþ telden katlý sargý olarak AG sargýnýn üzerine sarýlmaktadýr. Çeþitli yalýtým malzemeleri bu katlar arasýna konularak yalýtýmý ve soðutmayý saðlar. Ayrýca komütatör baðlantý uçlarý bu sargýnýn projeye uygun noktalarýndan çýkýp komütatör yardýmýyla sargýnýn bir kýsmýný devre dýþý býrakmaktadýr.

Core Core

Cores are manufactured by cold drew siliceous iron sheet of high quality. Total iron sheet thickness determines the power of Transformer to be manufactured. Besides, the quality of iron, in other words, its magnetic permeability is expressed with “Gauss” unity. Siliceous irons, which has high magnetic permeability, at MOH quality, in thickness of 0.23, 0.27, 0.30 mm and manufactured by Western Europe , are used in our company. These iron sheets are taken to manufacturing processes with the approval of Quality Control Department after they had reached our company. They are cut in Product sizes according to the power and tension of Transformer and irons are subject to setting of core .

Nüve Nüve, yüksek kalitede soðuk çekilmiþ silisli sacdan imal edilmektedir. Toplam sac kalýnlýðý imal edilecek trafonun gücünü belirler, ayrýca sacýn kalitesi yani manyetik geçirgenliði gauss birimiyle ifade edilir. Firmamýzda yüksek manyetik geçirgenliði olan MOH kalitesinde 0.23, 0.27, 0.30 mm kalýnlýðýnda Batý Avrupa imalatý silisli saclar kullanýlmaktadýr. Bu saclar firmamýza geldikten sonra kalite kontrol departmaný onayýyla imalata alýnýr, trafonun gücü ve gerilimine göre proje boyutlarýnda kesilir ve saclar nüve dizme iþlemine tabii olur.
