Sub: - PGDCA Examinations MAY 2016 It is hereby notified that the PGDCA Examination will commence during the month of
MAY2016. 1. Candidates must secure a minimum of 80% attendance in each Semester, in order to secure the eligibility to appear for each Semester Examination. 2. In the case of those students with 65% or more attendance but could not attain 80% attendance due to Medical reasons, the Head of Institution, at his/her discretion, may grant the eligibility to appear for the examination, subject to the remittance of “Condonation Fee” of `200/- . 3. Students who have secured less than 65% attendance are not eligible to apply for “Condonation”, and will not be allowed to appear for the examination under any circumstances. 4. Students who have shortage of attendance, but not condoned, in any semester are not eligible to be promoted to the higher semesters. They may seek readmission in the same semester and repeat. 5. Rate of Examination fee Regular Examination for Regular appearance only up to 10/04/2016 - ` 750 /Fine for late remittance up to 18/04/2016 - ` 5/- per day Cancellation for Examination - ` 200/Fee for supplementary Examination -` 200/- per paper. Fee for revaluation of answer paper -` 200/- per paper. 6.
Candidates will not be allowed to register for the Regular Examination in piecemeal. They shall register for all papers both Theory and Practical for which they have to pass.
7. Last Date for submission of application for Examination and remittance of fee are fixed as follows. Remittance of fee without fine: - 11/04/2016 Remittance of fee with fine of ` 5/- per day: - 18/04/2016

Application form for examination registration is available in all LBS Centres. All the candidates are requested to use this application form to register for the examination. All entries made by the candidate in the application form are to be carefully verified by themselves. After filling the application form it is to be submitted to the institution concerned with original receipt for the fee remitted. 9. The Controlling Officer’s of the institution where the candidate had undergone the course will scrutinize the applications and certify that the entries made by the candidates are correct and agree with the records of the Institution. 10. The Controlling Officer’s of the institutions are requested to collect the filled up application form from the candidates. The original application obtained from the candidate need not be sent to this office. However this shall be retained one year for further verification if necessary at this office. theory examination. Only the candidates who had applied for cancellation as stated above are eligible to get next appearance as Regular appearance. Absentee without cancellation will be treated as chance. Candidates should preserve the admission tickets until they receive certificates of pass. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without admission ticket on any day of examination. Practical Examinations will be conducted at the same Centres after the Theory Examinations are over. The concerned Examination Centre will fix the dates of Practical Examinations and will publish the time table. Candidates themselves should ascertain the date fixed for the Practical Examinations from the Centres. Request for revaluation of answer paper should be submitted within 15 days after the publication of result. Mark list and certificate will be issued to the candidates through the concerned Head of Institution.
