Acctivatiion an nd Sign n In to o the P Pogo> App Search for Poggo> App in n the iOS application a menu, clicck on the app, and eenter your username and passsword and click «Σύνδ δεση» (“Sign n in”). If yoou have forrgotten your passwordd select the «Ξεχάσατεε τον κωδ δικό πρόσβα ασης» (“Forrgot Passwo ord”) optionn from the log screen a and call thee number prresented on n the scre een.

Naavigatting th he Poggo> Ap pp Maain Men nu The Main Menu Screen sh hows all of tthe optionss within the Pogo> app plication. Pr ess any App p icon to acccess thatt specific arrea of the Po ogo> appliccation.
The «Ισ στορικό» Button (“Historry”) will dissplay all transactions thatt you have completed. You will be abble to see thee details of e each transacttion including the itemss sold, the daate, mount and the location w where the am the traansaction was completedd.
Pressing the «Πώλληση» on (“Sale”) allows you Butto to add d items and quanttities to the b basket and connect to th he card reade er to take payyments.
Tap th he «Επιστροφή χρημά άτων» Butto on (“Refu und”) to search the list off all transactiions for a specific sale. You can action a parttial or then a full re efund.
Thee «Προϊόντα α» Button (“CCatalogue”) is used to add, dellete and editt your cattalogue of avvailable prooducts. You ccan create cattegories of products, add d picctures of products and mend pricing. am
T he«Βοήθεια α» Button (““Help”) lists Frequently A Asked Questions (FAQs).
The «Ρ Ρυθμίσεις» BButton (“Settings”) allowss you to config gure a range of User selectable featurees as well as provid ding informattion on the App.
Oncce you havee selected aa menu, you can returrn to the prrevious menu by simpply tapping the Pogo> Icon locaated at the lleft‐hand side of the naavigation baar at the top of each m menu screenn.

Caard Reeader Setup p Turning on n the Caard Read der
To o switch on yyour card reaader, make ssure that thee card reader haas been fully charged, you w will find the Po ower On/Off button loccated on thee left‐hand sid de of the card reader (it’ss the small blackk button set intto the case).
Thee reader will go to ‘sleep’ whhen not in use e to preservee batttery and can n be ‘woken’’ by preessing the bu utton with th he greeen tick locatted on the rigght‐ hannd side of the keypad.
Pairing Deevices For first time use, you willl need to co onnect the ccard reader to the Pogo o> App via ppairing and using ® Blue etooth . make the in nitial connecction follow w these stepps: To m 1. To connect your h handset and d/or tablet vvia Bluetootth® to the ccard reader,, turn on the card read der
Bluetooth® ssymbol to sstart flashing. Select the card readder name an nd pair from m and waait for the B the listt of local deevices on your handset . Then press the green tick on youur card read der to comp plete the pro ocess. 2. All don ne ‐ you’re n now ready tto start taki ng card payyments! 3. When you transacct for the firrst time, yo ur mobile d device and ccard reader will automatically synchronise by “reemote key injection” (““απομακρυ υσμένης αυττόματης εισσαγωγής κλλειδιού”) to secure connection ns from you ur card readder to the paayment nettworks. You will only neeed to do th his once as the card reeader and yo our phone/ttablet will rremember tthe connecttion. Whe en taking a payment frrom the Sale Screen, thhe Pogo> Ap pp will resta art this con nection eacch time it is needed. We recommen nd before firrst paymentts with userrs merchantts perform ssome test ttransactionss and refund ds so ““remote keyy injection” is performe ed and merrchants get used to the e payment ssteps involvved in Pogo>>.

On tthe first transaction, th he Pogo> ap pplication w will detect that there are missing ffiles on the PED to sup pport Greek characteers, and also o the Remote Key Injecction has no ot been performed. ps that need to happe n in order ffor the PED D to be updaated with the correct ffiles, The following aare the step and the Remotte Key Injecttion to happen. The PED is being checked and file es are being transferrred automatiically to the PED, in ordeer to update the configu uration so ass to support the Greek lan nguage

Caataloggue Screen Ad dding Products tto the C Catalogu ue The Pogo> app plication enaables you to o store infoormation ab bout your products witthin the cattalogue such h as: desccription, price, photos and the pro oduct barcoode.

On ne‐off Trransactiion An ““one‐off” trransaction is for a prod duct that is not currenttly in your catalogue. You can accesss one‐time p payment on n the upper right hand of the sale screen, entter the prod duct descrip ption and price, and accept the payment frrom the cusstomer.
Tap the ssymbol in thee top right hand side off gation bar too add the navig one‐off ittems to the basket
Ad dding Iteems to tthe Baskket with the Scaanner Pogo> will ask tthe user to add this ite em to the caatalogue be efore adding g it to the bbasket if the e item is nott in the basket prevvious to scaan.
To add a p product to thhe basket using the scan function ssimply press the «Σάρωση» (“Scan Item m”) button an nd the barcodde scanner w will be activatted

Saale Scrreen Re eceipt Oncce a paymeent is mad de, you can n send an electronic receipt to the user bby using th he «Θα θέέλετε από όδειξη? » (“Would you like a receipt?”) functiionality pro ompted to the user afteer the paym ment. The way in whiich you use this functio onality is byy adding the e email of the customeer into the b box and cliccking «Να αι» (“Yes”). If a customer requests a a receipt after a paym ent you caan also pro ovide this by going into «Ιστορικό» (“Hiistory”) menu, searchin ng for the sspecific trannsaction and d going to tthe option ««Στοιχεία» (“Details”), and inpu ut the email of the custtomer.
Re emote Key Injecction During a paym ment, checkss are run fo or valid seccurity keys within the card readeer. In the un nlikely even nt of prob blems with this processs you will see the mes sage below w. The follow wing processs is automaatic and you u will onlyy be promptted to selecct “OK” to p proceed.
Once tthe keys have been retrievved select O OK and you will be e taken backk to the payme ent processing screen

Hiistory Traansactio on Histo ory – Recceipt Reesent All ttransactions are stored d within the Pogo> Appp and can be reviewed by selectting the «Ιστορικό» Bu utton (“Hiistory”) on tthe Main M Menu Screen n.
Select the «Ιστορικό» Button n (“History”) on the Maain menu sccreen
By selectting the «Είδ δη» (“Items”) option, a lisst detailingg each item in n that specific ttransaction is listed
All transsactions willl be listed heere. To searrch for a specific customer transacttion, simplyy enter the last four digits of their card
The Pog o> App uses Geo‐ tagging w which showss the location where the transacttion took place
Once yyou have selected a specifiic transaction, you can view ddetailed information about the transacttion by selectiing one of th he options at the top of the screen
You caan resend the receipt to the merchant th hrough «Επιλοογές» (“Options”) optionn in the histo ory screen
