The Platinum™ IP3 PX-RES Resource card is a control module with software and hardware components that control communications between the different processing modules (input, output, crosspoint) in all Platinum™ IP3 frames, and in Platinum series 9RU, 15RU, and 28RU frames.

124784: Resolved an issue with system expansion routing failure caused by incomplete (PRC) Module notification messages sent by the PX-RES Module.

Known Issues •

121818: In some instances, video switching is delayed by 1 frame.



126320: In case of a PX-RES failover, there is an approximately 20 second signal outage for Platinum SX Hybrid PIPs.

The user manual is integrated with the Platinum™ IP3 Controller firmware, and can be accessed through the Help link in the Web UI. 118174: Resolved an issue with changes to module parameters not getting synchronized over to the standby PX-RES if the slot above the IO module was empty.



123591: PX-FS-OBG parameters revert to default when the PX-RES is rebooted or failed over. Note: This error will occur when upgrading earlier firmware versions to release 1.6.3. The user must manually reconfigure the following modules after an upgrade: PX-HSR8CMX8C-OBG, PX-HSR8OMX8O-OBG, PX-HSRMX8C2D-OBG, and PX-HSRMX8O2D-OBG.
