Learning Objectives At the conclusion of the symposium, the participants should be able to:

1. Describe the various presentations of hand infections and initiate appropriate and timely care. 2. Discuss the diagnosis and management of upper eyelid ptosis. 3. Discuss the diagnosis of orbital fractures and essentials of their treatment for optimum outcomes without complications. 4. Describe and discuss the proper indications/dosing/sites for he use of Botox in both cosmetic and reconstructive applications 5. Discuss the optimal timing and types of interventions required for achieving excellence in the care of the cleft patient. 6. Discuss the various rhinoplastic techniques in primary rhinoplasty, their proper use, and avoidance of problems. 7. Effectively work with ethnic noses – especially in the employment of Asian rhinoplasty techniques. 8. Describe the various techniques of secondary rhinoplasty, including suture techniques, managing the crooked nose, improving airway obstruction, and lengthening the short nose. 9. Discuss the best methods for the diagnosis and management of secondary rhinoplasty patients.
