Everyone bent over backwards for us! T hat's for sure! We were well taken care of -David my gregarious companion is vocal and he made sure we had a table on the window each dinner (we ate 3 dinners there!- and they were delicious) I would rather not mention names because I might leave out someone!

It was chilly when we arrived and cold through the night- weather stripping on the room doors might have kept the whistling, cold air out-we resorted to a bath mat!! T here were no nice SMALL windbreakers for sale (most were very large) and not very pretty. Wraps would be a good seller I think as I would have bought one! See you next time!

I loved the new bathrooms in the room. My only complaint are the items in the gift shop. My sister and I feel like we have already bought at least one of all the items that you have. It would be nice to have a change of merchandise. Also, so sorry that I still have not had the chance to meet Bruce.

We had a nice visit and it was a holiday weekend, so the place was packed. We were late getting in reservations and had a lower floor room which we did not care for. T he noise from the 2 elephants wearing tap shoes in the room above were most annoying. In addition, we were convinced that they re-arranged all the furniture in their room!!! T hey were sure dragging and thumping items down! T hey were very busy until after 10 p.m. (OK, this is sort of a joke - but, honestly our room shook has they thundered across the floor over and over - really from 8 until after 10 p.m.) No idea what they were doing - we thought clogging? tap dancing? Ball room dancing? No more lower level rooms when we come stay again!
