Coffee Drinks Kaffe Karlsson 108:A swedish invention, henceforth the name. Baileys, Cointraeu, coffee & cream float. Gaelic Coffee 108:The Scottish way! As an Irish coffee with scotch whisky, coffee, cream and of course demerara sugar. Leonard Sachs 108:Named after the British actor Leonard Sachs (1909-1990). Rosehip & Almond 108:Another one for those who don´t drink coffe. A generous amount of Amaretto warm rosehip (nypon) and a cream float, sprinkled with tiny almond biscuit. Baileys Coffee 108:Cremé caramel, cremé brulé altogether as a coffee drink, and we come up with Baileys coffee. Fabulous. Romerska bågar ”Roman Arches” 108:For those who don´t drink coffe. Papa Doble (Hemingway Daiquiri) 6cl 156:“La Cuna del Daiquiri” -The cradle of the daiquiri- At the bar El Floridita in Havana owned by Constantino Ribalaigua “king of the daiquiri” his third variation was without any added syrup, so he used marachinoliquer and grapefruitjuice. The drink would probably have been lost to us, except Hemingway loved it, hence the double (Doble) amount of alcohol. Of course there is a generous amount of Bacardi as well, as in all daiquiris. Trader Vic’s Mai Tai 136:Was created by Victor Bergeron at his restarant in Oakland year 1944. He served it to his friends Ham & Carrie Guild from Tahiti and it´s said that Carrie yelled ”Mai tai roe ae” while tasted the drink, which means ”Not of this world” . With both dark & light rum, Cointreau, lemon, lime, Orgeat & Grenadine, blended to perfection over crushed ice. Caribbean Cooler 136:Bacardi Oro, guava & raspberry blended to perfection, makes this frozen cooler a dreamy hideout at the Scandinavian Peninsula.
