just the “i do’s” Taking your vows amongst our spectacular gardens is an unforgettable experience for both the bridal party and your guests. Make your entrance down the cobbled pathways of the werf garden that ends at one of the reflection pools, before exchanging rings among the scent and splendour of the rose gardens. From the elevated location, the view across the gardens and undulating vineyards never fails to impress. Ceremony - $28 pp inclusive of: • Celebrate with 1 hour service of our Project Sparkling wines • 20 white guests’ chairs, set up for you • Signing table with wingback armchair • Assistance with ceremony coordination

The Estate grounds are a picturesque backdrop for intimate and memorable photos. There are several different scenery locations within a short walk of the Cellar Door. Minimum spend $1,120.00.

celebrate into the night The ambience of the Voyager Estate Restaurant is warm and welcoming. Soaring ceilings, elegant soft furnishings, open fireplace and chandeliers create a lovely space for you and your guests to celebrate this special day.

What we do for you: • All ceremony inclusions (see under Just the “I do’s”) • Exclusive evening use of the Restaurant and Estate after 5pm • White table linen, napkins and tableware

Our restaurant is able to host intimate weddings of 40 guests maximum.

Our Restaurant team are committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience and are able to create a range of menu options tailored to your needs, using seasonal produce showcasing the best in regional produce. Sample menu options; $145pp Includes: • 2 canapés • 1 set entrée • Choice of 2 mains • 1 set dessert

$160 pp includes; • 4 canapés • Choice of 2 entrées • Choice of 2 main • Choice of 2 desserts

These menus exclude wine. Ceremony and reception minimum spend $6,920.00. Reception only minimum spend $5,800.00.

Our winemaking philosophy is to create distinctive wines from each vintage that reflect the characters of our special site in Margaret River. Our menus are designed to complement our current release and museum wines. We will work with you to create a beverage package to suit your preferences. Sample Beverage Package $55.00pp for 6 hours service includes; • Blanc de Blancs Sparkling • Chenin Blanc • Sauvignon Blanc Semillon • Girt by Sea Cabernet Merlot • Grape Juice (Sparkling wine to be served during canapés and toasts) Additional menu items per person; Canapés from $3.00 Cake cut and served with condiments from $3.00 Cheese course from $10.00

special extras If you don’t use Voyager Estate for your wedding day, there are still ways we can make your wedding very special.

intimate day ceremony and lunch

Create lasting memories with your wedding photos in our stunning gardens. Make the photography session more enjoyable with a glass of our Project sparkling wine and canapés for your bridal party.

Nestle away within the grounds for an intimate ceremony with celebratory sparkling wine, before being welcomed into our restaurant for a 3 course Margaret River Discovery lunch with matched museum wines. (Maximum 20 people).

$30 per person, includes wine and three canapé choices, served over a one hour duration.

the small print... • Your date is secured by payment of a deposit, which is 50% of the minimum spend. We will ask for the balance of the minimum spend three months before the date. Any outstanding costs will be settled two weeks before, once the guest list has been finalised. If choosing wine on consumption, we will require a credit card to process payment on the night. • Due to past damage to our grounds, we no longer allow marquees to be set up, sorry. • Our Restaurant does have a very individual look. We can only offer the furniture that we use each day so you may need to plan your seating chart around which guests get the wingback armchairs. • Our team will happily set your table as required, laying out table centrepieces, flowers, name cards, menus and guest bonbonnieres. These need to be supplied the day prior to the wedding. Personal items can be collected the following day. If you use a florist or event stylist, we are happy to liaise directly on set-up requirements and times.

• Arrangements with a band or DJ are between you and the performer. For dinner functions, band set up time is between 4pm and 6pm. If you would like to use an iPod or similar, you will need to bring a suitable PA system. • We can supply a wireless microphone for speeches. • We hold a Producer’s Licence so we can only sell the alcohol we produce. Nevertheless, in order to accommodate your guests’ preferences you are most welcome to bring your own beer and cider to be served. Conditions do apply. • Our House Policy does not allow for the service of spirits, so sorry, spirits can’t be consumed anywhere on our property. Further details are provided in our Terms and Conditions.
