Mr. Sulistio, earned Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Wiscosin, USA. He has experienced in Banking, Finance and Capital Markets since 1995 and has capabilities in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.

Mr. Wibawa graduated from Ottawa University, Kansas, USA, with Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has experienced in the Stock Market since 1996 and a holder of Investment Manager License.

Founder and Shareholder of Del Villa Seminyak Estates and Del One Coulture Hotel Seminyak. He also the Owner and Managing Director of PT. Bali Permata Indah, a concept resort development with a health theme located in Tabanan. This German citizen is also the initiator of using Bitcoin payment in Indonesia through the sale of villa in Seminyak.

Mr. Gede has graduated from Business Finance of Iowa State University and has experience in the capital markets since 1996. He also has experience in Bali Pecatu property and has a stake in Balikom before it was acquired by Tower Bersama . He was also as an investment manager at Indika Group Holding.

He has expertise in Hotel Management with over 25 years’ experience spanning the region including Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Japan, and Korea. Jim has been CEO for Tourism Training South Australia for 15 years (1986-1999) and State Chairman for Tourism Council Australia (SA) for 10 years (1990-1999). He also has worked with various international organizations such as APEC, PATA, ADB, AusAID, etc. Currently he works as a Senior Advisor and Consultant to several hotels in Indonesia.

An executive and professional with understanding in financial and multifinance industry, especially in leasing and Syariah financing for capital goods. Hands on experience covers area of strategic planning, executing and day to day operation. Other experience encompass end to end setting up of new business, business restructurization, corporate finance as well as group/holding operation.

Inter Pacific Financial Corporation – a joint venture company between BRI, CCF (France) and Sanwa Bank Tokyo (1983-1986). Before joining PT. Bank International Indonesia Tbk, He served as Commissioner of PT. Sanwa BRI Leasing (1987-1990). He also served as Area Manager for BRI Jakarta, West Kalimantan and the Greater Jakarta area (1992-1999). Mr. Antara also served as Commissioner of PT. Bank International Indonesia Tbk since November 2002. Prior to his current position, Mr. Antara also served in the PT. Bank International Indonesia Supervisory team from 17 May 2002 – 7 November 2013.

Ratu Prabu 3 comprises of units for lease (an upscale serviced apartments), a luxurious hotel and apartment for strata-title sale. It is also facilitated with a supporting retail arcade. The project will be marketed with a combined marketing scheme:

The proposed project is intended to provide some uniqueness in terms of exterior and interior design. The exterior design for the proposed Ratu Prabu 3 will have a unique and beautiful design of a flower. From the interior side, the apartment for strata title, service apartment, and hotel will have bigger unit size than it's comparable. Moreover, unit layout and fixtures will have customized designs according to buyer needs.

The facilities provided for the proposed Ratu Prabu 3 will be a comprehensive, luxurious, and exclusive with diamond services such as swimming pool, tennis court, putting green, function room, bar, fine dining, cigar room, boutique shops and also will be equipped with helipad and limousine services. Further, the building will be equipped with double glazed laminated glass for safety. The Project will be developed on 9,196 square meters land at Jalan TB Simatupang Kay.20 Sub- District East Cilandak, District Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The Property is accessible from any part of the Greater Jakarta, because it has direct access to Jakarta Outer Ring Road. The main access to the Property is via Jalan TB Simatupang. Jalan TB Simatupang itself is now growing as the second CBD in Jakarta. In addition, there will be alternative road access through Jalan NIS in the future. It is also will be easily reached from Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station and Depok- Antasari toll road in the future.
