PET Sheet for Vacuum Forming With excellent vacuum forming characteristics such as high transparency, high gloss, high impact resistance, and strong chemical and moisture barrier properties, our PET film is suitable for all vacuum forming requirements. Typical applications include packaging for stationary, toys, tools, gifts, and other merchandise.

PET for Food Packaging Our A-PET and R-PET films are both FDA compliant for direct food contact. The film is made from a non-toxic formulation, which ensures sanitation of the package. Typical applications include chocolate, fruit, eggs, cake, and candy packaging.

A-PET for Anti-Static Packaging We offer an easily vacuum formable A-PET film with outstanding static resistance, suitable for electronic packaging. We offer two types of anti-static material. One has anti-static agents added internally to the material, while the other is coated on the surface. The coated material offers better transparency and static resistance. Typical applications include packaging for electronic parts, cell phones, PDA, and other static sensitive products.

A-PET for Folding Boxes Our folding box grade offers excellent transparency, high gloss, and non-crease whitening. Typical applications include boxes for packaging toys, gifts, clothes, cosmetics, and food.

A-PET for Printing Applications Our print grade A-PET sheet is easily printable via offset lithography and screen printing. It offers excellent transparency and static resistance. Typical applications include printed boxes and packages, sports cards, and collectible cards.

Data Information Sheet Typical Properties of A-PET Film Recycled Thermoforming Grade Description AFVG is a clear amorphous PET (A-PET) with a gloss/gloss surface. AFVG has been engineered for use in thermoforming applications. It has excellent characteristics in clarity, deep draw capability, impact resistance and has excellent barrier properties Typical applications for this product are blisters for hardware products, toys, cassettes, and any protective packaging. As this grade is FDA compliant it is also well suited for food packaging trays.
