Login Process Login Screen

Enroll: Allows a customer to complete the application to have a NetTeller Online Banking ID automatically generated for immediate access. Sign-on ID: 12-digit NetTeller Online Banking ID number or (if not a first time user) alias. Alias is not case sensitive. NetTeller Online Banking Password: For first time login, initial password is the last 4-digits of the primary online account holder’s social security number. Reset Password: Create a new password if your NetTeller Online Banking account is locked or you have forgotten your password. In order to use this feature you must have already established your Password Reset Question in the Options tab.

Password Change At first log in you must create a new password. If desired, you can also change your NetTeller Online Banking ID to create an alias or nickname.

Change your NetTeller Online Banking Password (required): Enter current password then new password twice to confirm accuracy. NOTE: Passwords must be 8-25 characters; Alpha Numeric with special characters required (allowed: & + _ % @ ! $ * ~). Password Reset Setup: At first-time login, the system prompts you to: enter an email address, write a password-self-reset Question, write a password-self-reset Answer. (Please see the Reset Password section for more detail).

Change your NetTeller Online Banking ID (optional): Enter a new alias so that you don’t have to remember the 12 digit ID. The alias and the 12 digit ID are interchangeable. New alias must be 4-25 characters; Alpha Numeric with special characters are allowed (& +_% @ ! $ * ~).

Multi-Factor Authentication Watermark Selection Select a watermark image. This image appears at all future logins and all pages within NetTeller Online Banking. When you enter your ID and see this image, you will know that you are logging into your bank’s genuine online banking website and not a fraudulent one.

Security Question Selection For security reasons you may be asked to select three questions. These questions are used to verify your identity in the future if needed. Step 1: Select Continue.

Step 2: Select a question from each drop-down menu and input answer. Select Submit. Answers are not case sensitive.

Step 3: Review selected questions and answers. Select Confirm.

If needed, edit answers before clicking Confirm. Once confirm is selected, questions and answers cannot be modified.

Call Back Verification Step 1: Setup at least one call-back verification phone number. Any bill payment of greater than $1,000.00 will prompt an Out-of-Band authentication to confirm the payment is authorized. Call back verification is an option that can be chosen at that time.

Step 2: Confirm call back number. Once submitted, you cannot make changes.

Security Settings Saved Message will appear stating that your Multi-Factor Authentication settings have been saved.

Email Address Confirmation/Password Self Reset Q&A You will be asked to confirm/update your email address that is on file.

You will also write a question and answer for the Password Self-Reset process.

The answer is case-sensitive.

Landing Page The landing page is the initial screen that displays once you have successfully logged into online banking. There are two possible landing pages: My NetTeller Online Banking or the Account Listing page.

My NetTeller Provides a customizable dashboard view of various NetTeller Online Banking options divided by widgets. You may select which widgets display in each column and in which order.

My NetTeller Page Configuration

Use the “Set As Start Page | Configure This Page” option, which appears in the top left portion of the screen, to customize the My NetTeller page.

Set As Start Page: Check this box to save the My NetTeller page as the landing screen upon login. If left unselected, you must actively navigate to the My NetTeller option to access this screen.

Configure This Page: Upon clicking this link, a lightbox window appears allowing control over which widgets to display. Any widgets not currently displayed are listed in the right column of the lightbox window and can be added.

To configure the page: Step 1: Choose a column to work with from the Select Column To Configure drop-down field. The names of widgets (items) assigned to that column appear below. My NetTeller has a Left, Center and Right column. The default selection is Left Column. Widgets are pre-assigned into specific columns on the My NetTeller page and cannot be moved to different columns. Step 2: Add or remove widgets and change the order of display, if desired. Step 3: Return to Step 1 until all columns have been set up. Step 4: Click Save to retain changes made to all columns. The Configure This Page lightbox closes and the My NetTeller page reloads to reflect the changes.

My NetTeller Widget Configuration

While the configuration concept for each widget is the same, the content within the configuration lightbox window varies based on the purpose of the widget. The Configure icon does not appear on widgets where configuration is not applicable. To configure a widget: Step 1: Click the Configure

icon on the widget. The Configure lightbox appears:

Step 2: Review the items being displayed (left side of lightbox) and items not currently displayed (right side of lightbox). Step 3: Add or remove items and change the order of display, if desired. Step 4: Click Save to retain changes made to the widget. The Configure lightbox closes and the widget reloads to reflect the changes.

Account Listing Displays list of accounts linked to NetTeller Online Banking ID and balance of those accounts. If My NetTeller is not selected as the landing page, Account Listing serves as the landing page upon login.

Secure Message: In upper right corner. Allows you to send/view secure message to/from Midwest BankCentre. Log Out: Signs out of NetTeller Online Banking and deletes the session cookie on the computer. NetTeller Online Banking logs out automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. Warning message displays after 9 minutes. An option to Continue or Log Out is provided with 1 minute to take action. Account Listing (Not shown): Displays account pseudo name, balance, and status (Closed, Dormant, etc.). Select Option (Not shown): Allows you to select Transactions, Download, Stop Payments, Transfers, Statements and Account Info for the account. Customer Summary Information (Not shown): Displays the quantity of accounts tied to the NetTeller Online Banking ID and a login summary.

Account Activity Viewing Transactions The system offers you a number of ways to view your transaction history and balance information: Current Transactions: Appear in date order and include item number (if applicable), transaction description, amount of the transaction and the running balance. Clicking the item number displays the front and back image of a check. View Transactions for: Navigate between the transactions listing of other accounts. Current Balance: Displays the current balance of the account. Available Funds: Displays the available balance of the account. The link displays the makeup of the available funds. View Range: View transactions since last statement, last 7 days, last 15 days, last 30 days or All. Search: Look for specific transactions. Print Preview: Creates PDF print file of transactions.

Download Transaction History Transaction history may be downloaded in various available formats including, Microsoft Money, text file, spreadsheet (Excel), or Quicken/QuickBooks.

Download Transactions for Account: Use the dropdown box to navigate between accounts. Select Download Range: Options include transactions since last download, since last statement or between two dates. Download Format: Options include •

Transfers Allows you to move money between internal accounts linked to your ID, view existing/future transfers, and view history. Add Transfer

Step 1: Select New, enter transfer information and click Submit.

Transfer funds from: Select account to debit. Transfer funds to: Select account to credit. Payment options: If a transfer is being made to a loan, payment options such as Regular or Principal Only appears. Principal Only payment does not advance payment due date. Amount to transfer: Enter the dollar amount of the transfer. Frequency: Options include One Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly. Selecting anything other than One Time adds additional fields to specify week day or day of the month. Stop Date appears if frequency is anything other than One Time. Memo: Used to remind you the purpose of the transfer. Step 2: Click Submit to finalize transfer and receive confirmation.

Pending Transfers

View pending or recurring transfers already established. Use the drop-down menu to view, edit or delete transfers.

Stop Payments* View existing and create new check stop payments. Once a stop payment has been entered, it cannot be modified or deleted. *Stop Payments are subject to a service charge. Please contact Midwest BankCentre for current fee information. Note: Stop Payments can only be placed on checks. To place a stop on any other item, please contact us during normal banking hours. Step 1: Select New, complete the fields and click Submit.

Step 2: Review stop payment information. Click Confirm.

Final confirmation displays indicating the stop payment has been placed. If the check has already cleared your account or if a stop payment already exists for the item, a message displays stating the stop could not be placed.

Account Info The Account Information page provides a snapshot view of various account information, including: • • • • • •

Options Modify various fields of information like email address, password, and account names.

Personal Make changes to login information, email address and password reset options.

Modify Login Information: Change NetTeller Online Banking ID (Alias) and NetTeller Online Banking Password.

Account For security reasons, account numbers are not displayed within online banking. Each account is assigned a pseudo name. Select Account to change account names and the order in which accounts appear. Account names must be alpha/numeric and cannot contain special characters.

Display Establish default options for various pages within NetTeller Online Banking.

Accounts: Number of accounts displaying on Account Listing page. Transactions: Amount of initial history displayed when viewing transactions. This option also controls the amount of transaction history available in mobile banking. Transfer History: Amount of initial history shown when viewing transfer history. Download Lines: Amount of transactional information included when using the download feature. Transfer Confirmation: Setting of reviewing the transfer information and then confirming or cancelling the transaction.

Alerts Alerts are an excellent way to stay aware of activity on your account. Four types of alerts exist: Event, Balance, Item, and Personal.

Alerts can be received one of two ways: Log In: Link displays on the Account Listing and My NetTeller page indicating a new alert exists. Click the link to view the details of the alert.

Email: Receive an email indicating a new alert exists in NetTeller Online Banking.

Event Alerts

Watch for account activities. Examples are: incoming ACH credits and debits, transfers failed, receiving incoming wires. Event Alerts remain active until deleted.

Balance Alerts

Watch for when an account goes above or below a specified balance. Select the Account Name from the drop down-box, choose Above/Below and enter an Amount to watch for. Balance Alerts remain active until deleted.

Item Alerts

Watch for a specific item number to clear your account. Enter the Item Number and select the Account Name from the drop-down box. Item Alerts delete once the alert has been generated and viewed.

Personal Alerts

To be reminded of a self-defined message on a specific date. Enter the Date the alert is to be active and the Text to include in the alert. Item Alerts delete once the alert has been generated and viewed.

Reset Password If you have locked yourself out of online banking, or simply do not remember your password, you have the ability to reset the password yourself. Before the Reset Password feature can be utilized, Current Email Address, Password Reset Question and Password Reset Answer fields must be completed. These fields are modified in Options > Personal after initial login. The Password Reset Answer field is case sensitive. Step 1: Click Reset Password on the login screen.

Step 2: Enter your NetTeller Online Banking ID/alias, email address, and email subject. Click Continue.

Step 4: E-mail displaying E-Mail Subject verbiage is sent. Click the link located in the body of the e-mail.

Step 5: Enter your NetTeller Online Banking ID or alias and answer displayed question (answer is case sensitive). Click Continue.

Step 6: Create a new password and re-confirm new password. Click Submit.

Message Center Send secure messages to and receive secure messages from Midwest BankCentre.

Sending New Message Step 1: Select Secure Email.

Step 2: Click New. Fill out message information. Click Submit.

From: Your NetTeller Online Banking ID. E-mail: E-mail address as entered in Options. E-mail address is used to send an automated email notifying you when the financial institution responds to your message. Name: Full name. Subject: Enter a subject for the message. Urgency: The level selected flags the message accordingly. Message: Enter the message. Attachment: Browse for a file and attach to the message. Possible types are PDF, Text, HTML, Word, and Excel.

Receiving Messages An automated email is sent informing you of a new message from your financial institution.

After a successful login, a red flashing icon followed by a link that reads ‘You have X new messages’ displays. Click the link to view the message within the Message Center.

Once the message is viewed, you may view, reply or delete the message. Messages stay in the inbox until deleted.

Online Enrollment Automated Online Enrollment Complete the application to have a NetTeller Online Banking ID automatically generated for immediate access. Step 1: Select Enroll from the login page.

Step 2: Review the Online Enrollment Agreement. Click I Agree. Step 3: Online Enrollment is only available for Consumer Customers. Enter requested information. Click Continue to move forward with application or Cancel to discontinue. Email address must match what is on file with the bank.

Step 4: Enter requested personal information and click Submit.

Step 5: Click the Send Email Verification button. An email is sent to the email address provided in the application.

After clicking the Send Email Verification button, a verification message appears. Step 6: Check your email. Click the link contained in the verification email within one hour. You must click the link in the email from the same computer and the same browser you used to complete the application form. For example, if you completed the application in Internet Explorer but your email program uses Firefox to open links, your enrollment will not be successful.

Step 7: A confirmation screen displays your new NetTeller Online Banking ID. Select Login to complete the enrollment process. The initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN) or Tax ID number (TIN).

eDocs Overview eDocs allows you to receive your account statements and notices electronically. The first statement and/or notice you receive after you have enrolled for eDocs will still be sent via mail and you will also receive email notification that your statement and/or notice is available to view through online banking. All future statements and notices will be accessed via NetTeller/eDocs only.

Enroll for eDocs A tab at the top of the page will display the Online Banking options. Click on the eDocs tab.

Once you click on eDocs, you will be asked to proceed with the enrollment process.

Step 1: Account(s) and Document Enrollment. By default, the most common document types are selected for all accounts. If you do not wish to receive all notices or statements electronically, select Details and remove checkboxes beside the corresponding documents. Step 2: Validate Email Address

If you have an email address on file, it will display in this field. If not, or if you need to update your email address, you may do so here. Step 3: Enter Security Phrase The security phrase you choose will be included in the subject line in all emails regarding your eDocs, as a way to authenticate the emails. Step 4: Enter PDF Passcode You will select “click here” to view the Adobe® PDF document. A PDF opens in a new window. This step is your key to knowing if you’ll be able to read eDocs online. You must have Adobe Reader® 6.0 or higher installed on your computer to use the service. (Passcode is CASE-SENSITIVE)

Step 5: Accept Terms and Disclosures Select the checkbox then click Enroll Now to complete enrollment.

The Enrollment Confirmation appears in a separate window. Select OK to complete the process.

Once you have enrolled, you will then have access to the eDocs menu toolbar.

You will always have access to update your email CHECKING address and security phrase under the Email Settings tab.

Changing eDoc Accounts Under the Documents and Settings tab of the eDocs toolbar, you can always update the list of accounts for which you would like to receive eDocs. Follow the directions at the top of the page in order to select your account(s) and document(s). No selections will be saved until you click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Adding Additional Recipients You have the option of adding 10 additional recipients to receive your eDocs. To do so, click on the Additional Recipients tab of the eDocs toolbar. Click on the Add Additional Recipients button. Fill out the three provided fields and click Save. You can then assign documents that this Recipient will receive by clicking on Assign Documents.

Once you choose additional recipients you can change the recipients at any time. Click on the Additional Recipients tab of the eDocs toolbar and either edit or delete the recipient’s information. To add a new recipient, repeat the instructions in the above paragraph.

Reconciling your Statement with eDocs You have the option to reconcile your account statement with eDocs. Click on the Reconciliation Wizard tab at the top left of the eDocs toolbar and follow the steps.

Receiving and Viewing eDocs When your current statement or notice is ready for you to view, you will receive an email notification from us with your chosen security phrase in the subject line. You can click on the link that will direct you to the bank’s Online Banking site. If you have any additional recipients, also receiving your eDocs, they will log in with the username and access pin you assigned them when you added the user in the Additional Recipient area. Once you or your additional recipient(s) logs in, data included in your statement or notice is streamed via a secure 128-bit SSL encryption and your eDoc will open in a new window. Your eDoc will be in the form of an Adobe .pdf (Portable Document Format) file and you can choose to save the file to your computer. Otherwise, your selected statement and/or notices will be available to you via NetTeller/eDocs for 18 months beginning with the date of eDocs enrollment.

Searching for a Statement in eDocs To find one of these statements or notices, click on the eDocs tab within Online Banking. The Statements and Notices page will be the first page you view. You can choose which account to view in the account drop-down box. A list of available statements and notices to view will then be listed below. Simply click on View under the View Details column to view the statement or notice.
