Dear Client You no longer have to come to us. Now, with our LLB iBanking, we are coming directly to you. Thank you for placing your trust in us and deciding in favour of our system – the safe, simple and flexible solution for convenient online banking. This quick guide introduces you to the most important functions and demonstrates the many possibilities offered by our LLB iBanking: from obtaining a simple overview of your assets to making payments and placing a stock market order. Overview of our LLB iBanking

2.1 Installation Windows ◆ Insert the LLB iBanking CD in your computer drive. The installation menu starts automatically. If the installation menu is not displayed, go to your desktop and select the respective CD Rom drive. Click on the file «LLB iBanking.exe» and follow the instructions given by the installation assistant. MAC OS X ◆ Insert the LLB iBanking CD in your computer drive. Open the LLB iBanking software in the «Finder» and follow the instructions of the installation assistant. 2.2 Logging on ◆ Once the installation has been successfully completed, you will find the «LLB iBanking» icon on your monitor. Double click the icon to start. ◆ Insert the USB token in a free USB port. ◆ Enter your PIN and password. ◆ Click on «Log on».

2.3 Navigation bar You can choose between the various main functions in the navigation bar. These include «Assets», «Payments», «Stock market», «Postbox», «Services» and «Settings». Located above the navigation bar you will find the following system commands: Print This enables you to print the information in the range displayed. Export This enables you to export the information displayed in a PDF or Excel file. Refresh This enables you to refresh the information displayed. 2.4 Functions The functions belonging to the selected main function are shown here (e. g. «Create» a payment). 2.5 Register All open functions are shown in the register bar. You have the possibility of keeping several functions open and changing between them.

2.6 Tree The tree enables simple and quick navigation. In this example, you can quickly change between accounts, clients and portfolios. The tree is also available in other views such as payment transfers or stock market functions. 2.7 Information area Depending on the function or view you have selected, in the information area you will find details of your assets, about payments or stock market orders, or about your electronic postbox or services.

2.8 Filter A «Realtime filter» is available to you in the tree. Here you can simply enter a name or an account number and LLB iBanking will immediately display the search results. 2.9 Actions In the information area of most functions, you will find an «Actions» button. Clicking on this button enables you to trigger other actions (e. g. show account balance, create a payment ...) or you can obtain further information. 2.10 Table configurator At the end of the head of every table you will find a «Table configurator», which enables you to show or hide and arrange a column.

After accessing LLB iBanking, the welcome page offers you a rapid overview and leads you directly to the most important functions. On the right hand side of the window you will find contact information, tips and links. While you are using LLB iBanking the start page remains open and you can access it via the «Welcome» tab in the register bar. You can adjust the information shown on the start page to suit your requirements by clicking on «Customize» or via the «Settings» main function tab. Personal banking at its best!

3.1 Latest information Here you can obtain the latest information about current events such as stock market holidays, special events or other market activities. 3.2 Pending actions If you have to approve payments or standing orders, this will be shown here. 3.3 Notifications If you have received new E-documents or a new bank notification, this will be shown under the heading «Notifications». 3.4 Customize the start page Click on «Customize» in order to adjust the start page to suit your personal requirements.

All information regarding your assets can be found under this main function tab from the client overview, to the statement of assets, and the statement of account. 4.1 Client overview

The function shows all the assets of the online accounts at a glance. Please contact your client advisor to have other accounts shown online.

Accounts, security positions and the changes to them are shown in the statement of assets.

You can use the «Statement of account» function to find and display bookings. Various search criteria are available to you for this purpose.

Payments

Our LLB iBanking lets you make payments and set up standing orders simply and from anywhere. A database containing all previously used beneficiaries helps you create recurring payments. 5.1 Create a payment

You can execute your payment orders using the «Enter» function under the «Payments» tab. Tip: If you want to make several payments from the same debit account on the same date, you first enter all the payments and then release the order by clicking «Approve order». 5.1.1 Orange payment slip

If the payment slip of the payment recipient has a 15 or 27-digit reference number in the centre section of the slip, please select «Orange payment slip». Enter the data on the payment slip into LLB iBanking. 5.1.2 Red payment slip

Red payment slips show a beneficiary account with the format XX-XXXX-X (e. g. 90-3253-1) on the left-hand stub section. Please select «Red payment slip» for these payments. In the case of red payment slips, you can enter a reason for payment.

5.1.3 Domestic payment in CHF/EUR Please use this function to make payments within Liechtenstein and Switzerland without a payment slip. 5.1.4 Foreign payment For payments abroad as well as in foreign currency. 5.1.5. Internal bank payment For payments within Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG. 5.1.6 Account transfer For payments within a client relationship, e. g. a transfer from a private account to a savings account. 5.1.7 Postal order For payments within Liechtenstein and Switzerland (possible only in Swiss Francs), if no details of a recipient bank are available. The transfer is paid out to the beneficiary in cash. 5.1.8 Payment slip scanner If you possess a scanner, you easily scan orange or red payment slips. 5.1.9 From beneficiary database As soon as you enter a payment, the beneficiary is automatically stored in your personal database. You can enter and transmit a recurring payment directly from your beneficiary database.

5.2 Approve a payment

Once you have entered one or more payments in a payment order, you must approve the payment order so that it can be executed. To do this follow the instructions of the payment assistant, then enter your password as confirmation. Tip: You can also approve several orders at the same time.

5.3 Pending payments

Once you have entered a payment, you can alter or delete this at any time until execution using the «Pending» function in the «Payments» main function tab. Tip: By double clicking on a payment order, the relevant order details are displayed.

5.4 Archived payments

You can view all executed payment orders by clicking the «Archive» function. By clicking the «Actions» button in the archive you can again transmit a previously made payment. This saves time especially with identical, recurring payments. 5.5 Template You can use recurring payments to create a template. As soon as you have approved a payment, you can save it as a template for future payments. You can also create templates from pending or archived payments. Use the «Actions» button for this purpose. 5.6 Standing order If you regularly make payments in the same amount to the same recipient (e. g. rent payments), you can enter these as a standing order.

5.6.1 New standing order

You can create a standing order by clicking on «Enter standing order» in the «Payments» main function tab. 5.6.2 Balance settlement Use the «Balance settlement» button to settle a surplus or minus balance automatically. 5.6.3 Overview of standing orders All LLB iBanking standing orders are displayed in this overview. You can alter or delete them at any time. Conventionally created standing orders cannot be viewed via this function. To alter or delete this type of standing order, please contact your client advisor. Tip: Contact your client advisor to have your conventionally created standing orders deleted, then enter them yourself in LLB iBanking. 5.7 DTA The DTA function enables you to make payments which you have created using an offline application or accounting software. You can take these data over into LLB iBanking via the «Import DTA» function.

Stock market

The «Stock market» main function enables you to buy and sell securities at favourable conditions, and to view your orderbook. We accept your orders between 8.00 a. m. and 8.00 p. m. and forward them directly to the respective trading venue. Orders received at a later time are dealt with on the next bank working day. You can obtain comprehensive information about securities and their price development by clicking the «Market data» button. The «News» button provides you with the latest business and stock market news. Tip: Take advantage of a 50 %-discount on standard brokerage rates when you carry out your stock market transactions via LLB iBanking.

When you want to purchase a security, first choose the portfolio [1], in which the security should be booked. The settlement account [2] belonging to the portfolio will automatically be proposed to you. Search for the security you want to purchase in the «Security selection» box. You can make various entries in this box (e. g. designation, security number, ISIN, WPKN). In case you do not know the exact security designation, you can extend the search by adding an asterisk (*) or a percentage symbol (%), e. g. *Liechtensteinische*. The search function will then display all securities with contain the term «Liechtensteinische». If you want to buy a security, which you already have in your portfolio holdings, you can make the purchase via the «From holdings» button [4]. Enter your instructions (e. g. limit) for the order [5] and follow the assistant's directions.

6.2 Sale Selling a security functions similarly to the purchase of a security. However, you can only sell securities «From holdings». So-called short selling is not possible in LLB iBanking. You can sell your securities directly via the «Statement of assets» button under the «Assets» main function tab. 6.3 Orderbook

You can review the current status of your stock market orders in the orderbook. If an order has already been settled, you have the possibility of viewing the detailed settlement and printing out it if desired. Various search criteria are available to enable you to find your stock market order quickly and simply. As long as an order has not yet been executed, you can cancel it using the «Actions» button. However, cancellations are accepted without any guarantee.

6.4 Market data

You can find comprehensive information about securities in the «Market data» function under the «Stock market» main function tab. For example, you can obtain access to the latest price developments, charts and news about the security you are interested in. Tip: LLB iBanking provides you with free-of-charge access to realtime quotes on the SIX Swiss Exchange. If you would like further functions such as the use of price lists, limitminder, or virtual portfolios, log on free of charge to quotes.llb.li.

Postbox

If you have decided that you want to receive electronic client vouchers, you will find these bank documents in electronic form as PDF files in your postbox. Tip: Change over to using electronic client vouchers. Surface mail is then no longer necessary and you receive your vouchers, advices and statements even faster. Furthermore, you no longer have to pay postal charges, paper consumption is reduced and you have complete access to all your documents of the previous months. 7.1 Postbox – incoming documents

Under the «Incoming» button of the postbox you will find your bank documents such as statements of account, bank advices, stock market settlements and reports.

You can review, print, save or, if desired, delete these documents from your postbox. Various search criteria are available to enable you to find your bank vouchers quickly and simply. 7.2 Ordering a report

Would you like an overview of your assets? Then you can order an up-to-date report compiled according to your instructions via the «Order report» button in the postbox. After you have sent the order, you will receive the bank document within a few minutes in your postbox incoming function.

This function provides you with the possibility of communicating with your client advisor or our Electronic Banking Support Department via a secure, encrypted channel.

Services

You can obtain automatic, free-of-charge information via SMS or e-mail about the status of your banking transactions via the «Services» main function tab. In addition to notifications, the «Services» main function provides you with the following services: downloading of ESR, MT940 and MT571 data, ordering of bank forms, and change of address notification. 8.1 Account notification

You can obtain automatic information via SMS and / or e-mail about your account movements. You can request the desired services in LLB iBanking via the «New account notification» button. The «Overview» function enables you to alter the notification at any time. 8.2 Portfolio notification

Adobe Acrobat Reader) 10.3 Security information Our LLB iBanking is secure. Because your data are well protected by a multi-level security system: your digital signature (certificate), your PIN and your personal password.

By taking a few precautions, you can make online banking even more secure: ◆ Protect your computer with the latest security software. ◆ Make sure you use firewall and anti-virus software on your computer. ◆ Ensure that your operating system, your firewall, and your anti-virus software are equipped with the latest security updates. ◆ Do not respond to any requests to disclose your online banking security data (e. g. requests made by e-mail, weblinks, websites, in writing or by telephone). ◆ Never save your LLB iBanking security data to a hard drive or other storage locations. This will protect your security data from being accessed by third parties. ◆ Choose a secure PIN and a secure password consisting of a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers.
