Most Memorable CV Moment: Being on the Homecoming Court my freshman year with my sister. Favorite Quote: “Only the strong survive.” ~ Danielle Smith Hero/Biggest Influence In My Life: My Dad who’s given me so much determination and the support to follow my dreams. Future Plans: Attend Northridge and transfer to USC. Career Goals: I’m not sure yet, but wherever my passion takes me. Final Thoughts: I never realized how fast high school could fly by, but these years will hold some of the best memories ever.

Gina Chung VARSITY CHEER – 4 years Favorite Memory from Pep Squad: Cheering for the boys’ basketball team and going to the San Diego SHARP Competition during freshman year. Most Memorable CV Moment: Being in the Spirit Assemblies. Favorite Quote: “All your dreams can come true – if we have the courage to pursue them.” ~ Walt Disney Hero/Biggest Influence In My Life: My dad because he always tries to give me everything that I want and opportunities that he never had as a child or teenager. He makes me want to work as hard as I can in everything that I do so that it won’t be a waste and so that I can achieve my goals. Future Plans: I plan to go to a 4 year university and major in Nursing. I would love to travel. I also plan on looking for internships at Disney or for an event/ wedding planning company. Career Goals: I would love to work for Disney someday.

Final Thoughts: Being on cheer was an amazing experience for me. I would not trade it for anything. All of the amazing people that I have met and all the memories that we have created can never be replaced. I hope the best for everyone, and I am so thankful for what this program has allowed me to experience. It is something I will never forget.

Brittany Coccaro VARSITY CHEER – 4 years Favorite Memory from Pep Squad: My favorite memory would be when I was on JV getting pulled up all season and getting to work with Danielle her last year. Most Memorable CV Moment: My most memorable moment at CV was having the support of my friends and boyfriend throughout high school. Favorite Quote: “Live as if you are going to die tomorrow.” You always need to have that mentality especially in high school because you don’t want to look back and regret not living. Hero/Biggest Influence In My Life: My mom and granny because they are the two strongest women I know. And they’ve taught me all that I know. Future Plans: Attend CSU Los Angeles and keep on living my life. Career Goals: I want to be an elementary school teacher and makeup artist.

Final Thoughts: The overall CV career has been amazing thanks to my friends and family. Without cheer, I wouldn’t have blossomed in high school. I am going to miss everyone, but thank you for everything!

Izabelle Dassian VARSITY CHEER – 3 years Favorite Memory from Pep Squad: When I snuck onto the bus the year I didn’t cheer and wore my old uniform, and Coach Jessie didn’t notice. I also cheered at a basketball game that year (I got caught before halftime!). Most Memorable CV Moment: When my boyfriend surprised me at the Homecoming Game in his uniform when I was Princess and asked me to the Marine Corps Ball in front of everyone. Favorite Quote: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” ~ Walt Disney Hero/Biggest Influence In My Life: Walt Disney because he created Disneyland, and Disney runs my life (I am not joking). Future Plans: Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and eventually a Master’s Degree. I will be Princess Jasmine at Disneyland! Career Goals: Social Worker, School Therapist, Special Needs Teacher.

Final Thoughts: If I were to speak to my freshman self, I would tell her that life would get so much better. I love you SENIORS!

Francine De Guia VARSITY CHEER – 3 years Favorite Memory from Pep Squad: JV year when we went to Knott’s for a competition. Most Memorable CV Moment: Those Friday Night Lights Favorite Quote: “Keep your eyes focused on what is right. Career Goals: Nursing Final Thoughts: It has been a great four years, CV!

Meghan Dorosy VARSITY CHEER – 2 years Favorite Memory from Pep Squad: Giving my football buddy, Won, my lucky St. Christopher necklace, him wearing it before the Burbank Homecoming Game – and CV winning! Most Memorable CV Moment: Putting up fake, ugly homecoming flyers all over school after basketball practice my freshman year with Emily Beglarian. Emily and I made the posters that gave false information sending students to the office to buy tickets. We laughed at all the chaos. Not smart. Favorite Quote: “Life is short. Break the rules. Forgive quickly, kiss slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that makes you smile.” ~ Mark Twain Hero/Biggest Influence In My Life: My brother because he is able to be so neutral in any situation and be understanding in every perspective.
