PATCH PANELS OPDX series Patch panels for installation in 19” or 21” racks and cabinets. The patch panel consists of bearing frame with removable cover and sliding drawer with splice trays and front panels for connector installation. Thanks to the optimal arrangement of spare cable and fiber lengths, the sliding drawers provide easy access to the splice trays and optical connectors during maintenance work. OPDU universal patch panels are adapted for easy installation of PS-010 connector modules on the front panel, which enables a flexible configuration of optical connectors. Modules available: 8FC/ST, 8SC Flange, 12SF (Small Flange) and dummy modules. OPDP patch panels feature reduced installation depth and interchangeable 19” and 21” mounting holders with adjustable positioning depth. The OPDX panels family covers a whole range of 1U, 2U and 3U patch panels with different numbers of optical ports along with additional equipment for cable management and communication within the rack or cabinet - cable dividers, spare length management panels, labeling panels, cable holder panels. Application range The OPDX patch panels are designed for indoor applications cat. PATCH PANELS EQUIPMENT Front panels 19”/1U   

LU/1U – panel with cable holders for horizontal cable communication; LO/1U – panel with a translucent tray for insertion of a description label; color grey RAL7032.

Cable dividers RK8, RK12, RK24 RK splitters are designed for anchorage of cable and splitting of the fibers for protected bundels in trasport tubes, ensuring the mechanical protection and autonomous preservation of bending radius of safe fiber and fiber tubes; for this purpose Miniflex ɸ5/3mm tubes (for fiber bundles in original coat 0,25mm) and corrugated conduits LSZH ɸ7mm and ɸ10mm (for transportation of fiber tubes) are applied.   

RK8 – design no 1,2,3 - respectively 8 tubes ɸ5/3mm, 8 conduits ɸ7/5mm or 4 conduits ɸ10/7mm RK12 – design no 1,2,3 - respectively 12 tubes ɸ5/3mm, 12 conduits ɸ7/5mm or 6 conduits ɸ10/7mm RK24 – design no 1,2,3 - respectively 24 tubes ɸ5/3mm, 24 conduits ɸ7/5mm or 9 conduits ɸ10/7mm

Transport tubes should be ordered separately as needed. Structure of RK12 and RK24 splitters provides for the possibility to ground the metal structural elements of the cables.
